Trendy clothes great for teens and young adults events. I recommend to all moms when dress shopping. However they need to understand greeting customers as they enter this location is a lost art. The store is clean and neat but the service of acknowledging customers is a shame.

After reading some of the bad reviews, I was beyond hesitant to try this particular Windsor. I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted by Tina as soon as I walked in the store. She was the only worker who greeted me, and she is the reason why I will continue to shop at this location. She did an amazing job helping me find a dress for a wedding, and I am so grateful. Her customer service skills are impeccable, and if she isn’t already a manager, then she definitely should be. Tina, I say thank you for making my time at Windsor such a pleasant experience. Great customer service is a lost art in many places these days. It is always refreshing to be reminded it’s not completely nonexistent.

Kelsie, was a great host she assisted everyone by herself and did it gracefully. She really enjoyed help everyone, thank you a bunch, this was for my daughter 12th grade Prom!!!

Listen, I never ask for help when I’m in stores and just figure stuff out on my own. But the store wasn’t really busy around 10 am and I needed help with 2 graduation outfits. When I tell you all 3 girls on staff jumped in to help, they were ready to make sure I looked my best in the outfits I had picked. Because you know how something looks like it matches but you’re just not too sure? Yeah these girls made sure it was matching. They used what pieces I already found and liked and made it work. 10 out of 10 would recommend those ladies. Give them a raise right now because they were so sweet!

Both employees had terrible attitudes. My daughter and I shop here often but today neither employee greeted or spoke to us. Certain other people came in behind us and was greeted by the male employee. Smh. It's really sad that these kind of people are allowed to work in a very nice boutique like this. Wow. We will not be returning!!!! Manager's should be ashamed of themselves for hiring these kind of people.

I must commend the sales lady, Shantell, who was so helpful and kind while assisting me in finding a dress for a wedding I attended yesterday. She was so informative and exhibited exceptional customer service. The store was clean, items were available that I was seeking from online, and the communication was excellent. I would recommend this location to anyone seeking beautiful and reasonably priced dresses for a special occasion! I will update with photos of my look once available♥️

Started out okay enough. Ordered a dress off line from in the store needing a bigger size. Specifically asked if I could return it and was told yes because I was ordering it off line. Go to return it and was told I could not. 3 stars because the lady went ahead and returned it anyway. When returning the dress, I purchased shoes and was asked if I wanted to use the money from the return to purchase the shoes so kinda like an exchange. I said thats fine. Got the shoes thinking I could just return them if I didn't like them. Tried them on outside the store because they were super busy, shoe was too big, went back to exchange, they didn't have the size I needed. Asked to do a return and was told that I could only get store credit because these shoes were purchased ina transaction with a return. Really? Why not tell ppl that. I would have just had her return the dress and then start a whole new transaction if I'd have know that was the case....

Today I went to this store for the first time to buy a dress for my daughter who has a dance from her school.
When I approached the cashier.,a young lady to ask about a question I had about the price of the dress, with an arrogant and hateful attitude she told me where i saw the price? I answered her in the other dress of the same style, when I went to look for the other dress I noticed that it had confused me, since It was entangled with another dress, I came back and told her I'm sorry I was wrong, she turned her eyes and even more rude attitude she charge me and she threw the bag at me.
I wonder, if she think they are giving me things for free? Or I have no right to get confused?
I honestly decide to keep my dress no only because i was in a hurry,was because my daughter liked thats zero easy to find,something a teenager like BUT , ILL NEVER COMEBACK THERE EVER...
As they do not realize that treating a client well makes a difference in the prosperity of the business, if she is in a bad mood she should stay at home!
There is a millions stores around when you can find nice and kind people treating the customers right!
