We bought 70 bales of pine straw here thinking we'd be getting higher quality at a higher price, but when we got home and opened a few of them the pine straw was rotted in the middle. No big deal, it happens. My wife brought them back to get the situation resolved and they insisted we would be charged a 20% restocking fee. They said that sometimes moisture will get in the bales - and its a seasonal problem. Kicker is within days I've had True Value and Home Depot bales that have no issues.

A restocking fee tells me rotted pine straw bales are up to par with their quality standards and they intend to sell it to the next customer that comes along. Buyer beware.

I'm all for supporting local and would drive across town to get bulk at Willow Creek, but I think we might be thinking twice about that now.

Moving here from Texas, I was excited that we found this nursery, but now! We ordered Top Soil in the spring of 2024 and had it delivered, paid via Debit card. About 6 months later I receive a call stating I had an Outstanding Balance of $347.65 for Top Soil! I called gave them the information from by bank account, they apologized, said they would clear it up. Today, 03/20/2025, I receive a Call from Franklin TN, saying I have an Unpaid Balance Of $347.65! Called Willow Creek, said it was just someone sitting in an office looking at a computer screen, they would take care of it. Side Note: I’m Sorry BUT, There Would Be Nothing On The Screen IF this had been taken care of the First Time! I’m not sure what is going on with this Company, but this is The Third Time They have wanted $347.65, a total of $1042.95 IF Someone Would Have Kept Paying This! I SURE HOPE THEY ARE NOT PUTTING THIS AGAINST MY CREDIT RATING! JUST SAYING!!!

Rainy day? No problem, they can still help you! A lot of parking spots and a ton of space where you can drive in with a huge trucks and trailer.

I’m never the one to complain but I paid a little over 300 dollars for them to deliver me sand and I work night shift since I did not answer the call they brought it and dumped it in my front yard next to my mail box Im extremely dissatisfied with the delivery service . They did Contact me and Refunded my delivery fee

I had them look at my yard to see what I had done and ask for ideas on how to complete the project. They were extremely helpful in confirming the good ideas and also pointing out that a couple of them weren't. A couple of things I wanted weren't good for our area and pointed out what they felt would grow well with low maintenance.
