Ive been a control tech for one of the area boiler companies for about 8 years now. I've been dealing with Williams and Davis for just as long. We have installed countless numbers of their boilers. Anytime there's been any problems at all with an installation, which is inevitable on any given project, they have always helped at their fullest capacity and ability.

Jarvis has personally came out to a project to lend his expertise on several occasions. Even delivered parts to me in the middle of the night once way out of town.

Also, Jennifer and her team are top notch when it comes to the countless service emergencies that arise. There is never any trouble finding parts, and if i need something on the fly, you can bet Jennifer will get it done.

Yall keep up the good work so I can keep my customers satisfied!! Perfect 5 stars!!!

Great boiler with reliable components. Happy customer since 2016. Well made in Texas,USA. Responsive and friendly service department. If I ever call with a question I get a knowledgeable human right away. That’s invaluable since we depend on the boiler 24/7 for production. Also, spare parts are fairly priced and not marked up more than a local parts dealer, which makes using W&D easy, affordable, and gives us a great feeling of being taken care of!

If you need boiler service or in need of a new boiler, these are the people for you. Our boiler went down on Thursday night they got someone out quickly and I was able to meet up with Jennifer on Saturday morning before she went to the gym. She even changed where she was going to the gym so it was closer to me. That is the pinnacle of customer service and they have me for a customer as long as we are both in business.

The level of customer service and support is above and beyond. Jennifer’s wealth of knowledge has been a god send. If she does not have the part I’m looking for, which isn’t very often, she makes sure that it is available the very next day if needed. If it’s an obsolete part she has no problem with cross referencing to find the replacement you need. There is no reason to shop anywhere else.

One call to Jennifer at Willams & Davis and the blower wheel was identified and subsequently shipped out that afternoon to my customer for arrival the next morning. What can I say !!! In our lovely world in 2021 of supply chain failures, part unavailability and a collapsing workforce, it good to know that Williams & Davis takes care of business.
We were in dire need of a blower motor, none to be found locally anywhere.

The Special Prjoects Coordinator, Jennifer has gone Above and Beyond what customer service in todays world represents! Jennifer helped us source and secure the parts overnight that were needed to convert a boiler for a special application.

I wish that every company, distributor and manufacturer would exemplfy her professionalism and care in the way she has earned our respect for her and Williams and Davis Boilers.

I highly recommend Williams and Davis boiler over every other boiler manufacturer in the market. Their boilers are built 100% here in Texas with 100% American parts and materials. These boilers will last many-many years unlike the boilers built today with cheap materials.
