Avoid this company if you want your building to stay dry. We put in a new roof 8 years ago. Had many, many problems. Each time Whitco came out, they billed us claiming that it wasn't a problem with their work. Always a patch issue. Finally, I called out several other roofers who found serious quality issues with the install. We did not trust nor want Whitco back on the property as we knew that nothing could ever be wrong with their work, according to them. We brought in the manufacturer who seemed to agree with the poor install quality issues, but they also claimed that it wasn't a materials issue or anything covered by the warranty. I am now about to pay to have the entire roof replaced when it is only 8 years or so old.

Had a great experience with the whole team at Whitco. From the introductory call with Gary taking his time to explain everything there is to know about polishing and staining concrete, to John executing and being extremely thorough during the span of the project, these guys were wonderful.

We ran into issues with our concrete being of low quality that was poured in our space by the developers, but the guys went above and beyond to make it right. The floor looks great!

Had a road rage incident this morning with one of their fleet drivers he cut me off, slammed his brakes to cause an accident and then threw something at my vehicle and did some damage. I called there number to try and get some help in the matter and she said it's a needle in a haystack to figure out who did it. Yes unfortunately I didn't get a tag number but would you try too if this happened. To hell with putting myself in another situation to get assaulted for no reason. No help at all in this situation 😕

Not only did they respond to my inquiry within the hour I called with my roofing issues but they were also out inspecting the roof that same day. The roofing technicians communicated well throughout the repair process so that I knew exactly what was causing the leaks on my company's roof and what they were doing to remedy it.
