I am very familiar with Walker It. I have taken a few items there originally back in 2017 , some where my personal items and then I also took a cpl thing's there and dropped them off for friends as well. I needed to get some things looked and I had inquired about some other items that had been stolen along with others that were frozen up and had very pertinent information on it that I wanted to turn in about thing's regarding some reports that I made due to fraud and hacking ,syncing and many more concerning matters aswell that I also personally address with the local authorities and other person's outside of Hancock County at the time. Walker IT was very prompt with the work for those items. Unfortunately i have had to later readdress some issues and ask them some questions regarding other devices that they had not worked on it said that we're having a lot of issues again that I reported also with my daughter's computer personal computer and other things that I had to take matters and concerns to theirs to her school along with again are we addressing with authorities and other Advocates unfortunately I very displeased with the continuous issues after that point and the lack of effort to resolve them which has really messed up our life and in a very horrible way. Aside from my personal experience with my personal items I also dealt with him on a business a more professional level as they also did some work at one of the Gym's I was managed Anytime Fitness in New Palestine ,I'm very familiar with them working on a larger scale regarding major issues , we actually had to switch providers during that process as well which wouldn't be the first time I had that issue or the first facility I was managing unfortunately. Unfortunately for me personally a lot of the original issues that I turned in have just continued on and I am currently still dealing with all of it. I most recently went Walker It about a month ago to try to catch one of the fellas in the shop,and to check out the new office space as they have moved from their original location since I last used them for services. Unfortunately nobody was available to speak with. one of the guys on this phone about a week ago about a job opening at that at their facility the guys have always been really nice they are always on the go you see everywhere you go around there so needless to say they stay pretty busy other than that Idon't have anything else more to say other than they're reasonably priced and everyone has always been professional. Considering all the arguing issues for me I may have to revisit them and readdress this matters unfortunately
