My entire experience with Village hardware, from the initial phone call through to the pick up, was extremely efficient, customer oriented, and consistent. They followed up with phone calls and put my grill right out back so it was ready when I came to pick it up. The price for this grill was the best I could find by far from anywhere else as well. I highly recommend Village hardware

I have been shopping here for years. You can't beat the convenience. But lately the staff has been really dry, short toned and seem forced to help. I thought it was just a bad day for him, but I have had the same experience with the last three visits. Also their mark up has REALLY increased. There was a $70 mark up when compared with home Depot. At this rate I really don't have any reason to go back since I can get the same attitude but with cheaper prices at Home Depot.

I just purchased a Weber grill from Village Hardware during a brief in-store visit. The salesperson was really helpful in process and set up assembly and free delivery for me. I called back to confirm that I would have the needed parts to attach the grill to my natural gas line and was assured that I would.
Rick assembled and delivered the grill this morning. He had the extra adapter that I needed for hook-up. He took time to thoroughly explain functions and maintenance and answered all of my questions. He even shared a recipe. His demeanor and enthusiasm for service were simply extraordinary. Thank you Village Hardware- you have a new life customer.
