I had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with one of the drivers from this company today. I politely asked him if he could move and not block the loading dock. I had a heavy load to deliver. Unfortunately the driver was extremely rude and refused to move. It would have taken all of 1 minute. He blocked the loading dock for more than half an hour forcing me to unload everything by hand. I would recommend not dealing with this company at all.
Also, I am the owner of my own company. This driver sat doing nothing for quite some time after I left. He was clearly milking the clock and if he was my employee I would have fired him.

I have had uniform services for decades. I have had the worst experience the last few years, even worse the last year or so. The 60 day clause in the contract has been broken several times and the General Manager still wants to keep the contract in place. The threat of a buyout has been mentioned by the G.M. So they want to provide poor service, billing for items we don't have, more items than we have, and if they do make an "adjustment", they don't adjust the GMP, GLP, and MMP which is tied to the number of garments on the bill, so that charge stays. I guess it doesn't matter that they are billing for shirts we never had, pants I never had ( I have worn jeans for over 15 years, but the still added in billing for pleated twill pants I don't have). Months sometimes for verbal responses, and several months for corrections also don't seem to matter to the Wilmington G.M. Someone needs to reel in the Wild West atmosphere in the Wilmington area. I don't appreciate all of the false charges and then being told we are a prisoner of this wild regime. I say you broke this contract multiple times, the contract that you wrote, so acknowledge the shortcomings and stop trying to bully your previously long time customers.

We have worked with UniFirst since our doors opened. Mind you, our opening year was a pandemic year (2020) but our reps always kept us in the loop and worked with our unorthodox schedule. They kept us in the know of sanitation inventory and ordering processes so we would never fall short. Which was extremely helpful when we were able to continue our services.

The customer service has been the best we've seen from a vendor. They call us back in a matter of moments, always have an answer for us, or if they don't they will get an answer for asap. Tke is our rep we work with weekly and appreciate everything he has done for our facility. We consider him part of our work family.

Anyways, highly recommend working with them, no matter what your business may be.

Great service all around!! Had to leave a different company and Unifirst picked up the pieces in stride! Sam the Service Rep was patient, understood our needs, and put the right products in place. Our driver has been excellent as well, communicating with me consistently and ensuring we have what we need on each delivery, adjusting where needed for special events or holiday spikes. Very happy with the transition and I highly recommend this team!

Hand & Stone works with this company as our sheet service and they are truly a great company to work with. Jason is our delivery guy and he is AMAZING! Always so polite and friendly with all of us here and is very informative when we have questions. We would highly recommend this company, especially if you get to have Jason as a delivery person.

My company has been utilizing the services of Unifirst for almost a year. The initial sign up experience was good at first. The salesman was very helpful in getting things set up for us in picking out what we wanted etc. However, there was some sort of disconnect when our initial order was actually entered. I work for a Biotechnology company and our primary need was lab coats and the service to have them cleaned. When our order came, the delivery process was very disorganized and there were coats mislabeled and missing. The delivery driver helped us to get this straightened out but not entirely. I met the general manager for a meeting, he was very friendly and seemed to want to make sure that we were well taken care of. For the first few months, things were quite hectic with the pick up and drop off process. We have also went through a couple of different drivers within the last year. For the last few months we have had Philip as our driver. He has been great at taking care of any concerns, making sure that we have what we are supposed to and is also great to work with. I hope that whoever takes over our route in the future is as well trained, meticulous and customer service oriented as he is. I think that if the initial order had been processed better things could have went smoother if the beginning.
Unifirst as a whole has been a good experience and I would definitely recommend them!

Great company to work with. Sam was very helpful in crafting a uniform program to fit the specific needs of our company. They have been quick to respond to any issues and the service has been fantastic. We would certainly recommend them to any company needing uniform or facilities services.

I'm a large fellow, and the shirts I got are perfect. However when my shirts are replaced the replacements are 8 inches shorter with the same tag numbers like the tags are going to make a difference. The replacement shirts are to short!!! Like giving me swimming flippers when I need hiking boots. Just because you send something doesn't make it work. Also I was told they could get me a longer COAT, Guess what they sent me, That's right the same size coat. The same length no Different. This appears to be the standard, put a shirt tag on a pair of pants and that will make them a shirt. Cause everyone knows if the tag says it, it's got to be right.
