Do not do Buisness with this company they can’t fulfill there contract and when you finally decide to stop doing Buisness with them and return there uniforms they claim they never received them or there in bad shape (which is funny because they provided those uniforms and maintain them)
Then they bring you to a corrupt arbitration company that always sides with them )
Many other uniform companies don’t require a contract like they do I would seriously think about using somebody else and definitely not using them. One of the worst decisions I ever made in my 32 years owning a business.
Much better companies out there that are nice to work with why even open your self up to this after all you don’t need to be wasting your time worrying about uniforms and if you have enough for your employees much more to worry about.

Absolutely horrible company. We contracted them in May 2020. They provided the first delivery in June. 1. They messed up the sizes we ordered. Their paper work matched the order but did not match the actual sizes delivered. They promised to fix that. 3.5 month later we are still missing the correct size pants we ordered. 2. uniforms came whitish on the second week. We were informed that they were bleached by mistake. Still waiting for the replacement of the damaged items, so we are running short on the numbers. For both previous items we continue to be told that the problem is that the items are on back order form the manufacturer. apparently we were the last people to order that item. Note that we did not require any customization of the uniforms to prevent delays. 3. THIS IS THE MOST CRITICAL FAILURE: we have a two weeks supply of uniforms on the premise that each week they pick up what we used and deliver back the following week so we have a constant supply. One week out of three they mess up the delivery (that is missing items they picked up previous week) and we have to scramble and call because for whatever reason they cannot deliver the items they picked up the previous week. There entire business models rests on this process. They are not able to deliver.
In reply to your comments: we called customer support weekly to get things fixed and we still do not have the correct sizes and you are not able to deliver the same items you picked up the previous week. Maybe you are dreaming that one day "in the future" you will have a customer recourse system in place which works. You are misinformed if you are not able to locate in your system the history of all the inquiries/complaints we made since June to try to get things working. "In the future" check your records before assuming people cannot locate your customer phone number.
