From the 1st day, Shawn and his team made us feel like they were invested in finding a perfect solution for us. The feel of "Family" was primary to making a sale. We NEVER felt pushed and they were always transparent with every aspect of the vehicles they had available. Their attention to detail with the Mobility Van we chose was Amazing! Very pleased with the quality of the van and the conversion. The workmanship is much better than on our previous van and the material is much more robust. I also like the rubberized flooring much more than carpeting. We are pleased with the van. Gabriel worked with us and did not pressure us. He wanted to make sure we got the van that met our needs.

Booked a quick trip to Florida and needed a mobility van for my permobil, I was worried I might not be able to make the timeline but after tons of searching I found Triple S Mobility, I thank God I did because they met me at Tampa Airport with the van at night! they taught my wife and I the ropes and then wished us a great trip. The service was great and the van was extremely well kept inside and out. I'm used to a side exit but the rear exit was easier to use. We had a fun trip and got to see more than what we had planned for ease of mind with an awesome product. I also had an early morning departure and Laurie made drop-off seamless and hassle free. This van is for my parents, who live in Oregon (we happen to live in FL). We looked nationwide and settled on the 2008 Sienna. The experience we had with Triple S, from the first contact to the final wave as we drove off the lot was amazing. The communication was convenient and timely, whether with us or the bank in Oregon. The 3 hour difference had Gabriel working after hours without any hesitation. I can say without hesitation, we would highly recommend working Gabriel in Ocala. He truly went above and beyond to make sure this experience was easy and seamless.
