best place to fixed a piano, I had a pa1000 for repair because display and key was missing a lot of months passed but until when my dad gave it back, but when i saw the piano once again, It was mad brand new it looked like i just bought it. Amazing job! and totally worth of waiting

Called about having a repair. Was told 20 days beforecthey would even look at it. I understand they are busy but I took my business elsewhere and my repair was completed in 2 days

I’d say one of the best repair shops in Tri state area when it comes to pro audio. Pretty reliable when it comes to doing the repair the right way and using genuine parts. There are closer repair shops but I take the 1.5 hour drive to go here instead because I trust triple s more.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Terrible customer service. Terrible Client communication. They are unnecessarily condescending and their techs don't seem to be knowledgeable. I sent a controller in for a repair, to simply fix a malfunctioning pad, in Sep 23, it is now January 24 and they claim to "still be waiting on parts". I called and asked for a call back to get an estimated time on the arrival of the repair parts and received none. This place is a waste of time and you would be better off sending your equipment for repair elsewhere.

After dealing with a faulty Teenage Engineering OP-1, I had gotten a replacement under warranty, but this second one was now having keypad module issues. I shipped it to Triple S to have them repair it, since it was still under warranty. Teenage Engineering, though, had been having backorder issues for replacement parts for the OP-1, and after some months of waiting, Triple S was able to get them to replace my whole unit with a brand new one instead. As far as warranty goes, in my experience I can say that they were able to get it honored and get me a new unit; I’m not sure if I would have been able to do so on my own after my first one was already replaced. The wait was about 5 months, but I’m assuming this was mainly Teenager Engineering’s fault for their lack of replacement parts and having them wait so long for a reasonable course of action. Thank you Triple S, and a big thanks to Carl for keeping me updated on the status of this all.

Mike and the technicians were professional, competent, and timely with their estimates and repair of my Yamaha MOXF8 keyboard. And at a very fair price. My extreme satisfaction with the Triple S service was matched by my great relief that my keyboard was working again (and I lost none of my presets). Thanks Triple S!
