Our customer ordered tile mid-December for a backsplash with a promised delivery date of early January. The order just arrived Feb 6 after many calls from us. The order was incomplete. We will no longer give Traditions our business.

We LOVED working with Jennifer!!! She has amazing taste and knowledge, and the made the process seamless for us. We are renovating 2 bathrooms and a kitchen and building 2 additional bathrooms, so it was a big job. But she made it easy and we are thrilled with our choices (and cost)!

I was doing a renovation on my house and I had trouble at other tile suppliers so I decided to try this local tile shop that was conveniently located downtown. The employees were very friendly and helpful in the design and the price points were exactly what I was trying to stay within. I see the negative reviews online but that is not the experience I had at all. The tile was delivered on time and the renovation turned out just as we had discussed. I will definitely return for my future projects.

We've had a very difficult time getting a response from our salesperson, Carey, at this location.

Carey ordered the wrong tile, charged us the higher price, was nonchalant in her response, missed the delivery date and has been MIA since we paid for the tile in full. Her voicemail is full and she hasn't responded to our email. My husband has been to the location twice and the manager has been "unavailable." We simply need to coordinate with the installer onsite and are finding it impossible. I rarely post reviews like this but am aghast at the response of a business of this caliber.

I would like to note that we had the EXACT opposite experience when dealing with Julia on a previous order. Even when plans changed - as we know they do right now in construction - Julia was courteous, professional and proactive.

Jennifer was extremely helpful in guiding us to tile that was not only beautiful but fit within our budget. When there were the inevitable (these days!) stock issues, she jumped right on them, contacted us immediately and came up with substitutions that worked and that I actually like better. Her guidance resulted in a stunning look for our bathroom.

Tile selection was great and we found just what we were looking for. After receiving our tile later than anticipated, we discovered the wrong color tile edge piece was received, which disrupted the construction schedule as we had to push back the tile install. We were promised we would receive the replacement tile shipment first day of the following week, however that never happened, nor was there any follow-up to assure we received our order that they had messed up. I emailed and called Jennifer first thing in the morning, concerned that our tiler was coming and the package was scheduled for delivery seemingly late in the day today, which is too late!! We asked who their local distributor is since we knew they purchased the item locally, hoping we could drive there to purchase it and fix the problem. They refused to tell us the store name despite knowing our tile guy is booked out months in advance. They didn't offer to provide this service themselves despite knowing we'd now have to delay our kitchen completion for weeks. The email reply I received literally said "Yikes, here is the tracking number" followed by a UPS tracking number I already had. They never followed up and we still haven't received the tile. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. The lack of urgency to fix their mistake and lack of follow up is not what I expect from a high-end tile store. I had way better service at Floor & Decor.

I worked with Melissa on tile selections for 3 homes for a builder I work with. Every time I went in, Melissa gave me her undivided attention and we were able to work through all the tile needed as well as come up with some unique patterns. I love that Traditions has a great selection of tile that has an elevated look above your regular walk in stores, which allowed for a more "stand out" overall look for the spaces I was designing. From beginning to end, Melissa worked diligently and went above and beyond to help not only me, but the builder as well get everything we needed to have successful tile installations. Will absolutely use Traditions for future projects!
