We love everything about our new building from Titan Metal. Scott Chasm was our salesman, he went above and beyond to insure we got the building we wanted. I was very impressed with Scotts ability to help us design the building we wanted and he insured we didn't miss any details. On a Sunday evening I emailed Scott some questions I'd thought of, I was hoping for a reply the next day but I received a phone call within minutes of sending! The crew that installed the building were great people that seemed genuinely concerned that we were happy with every detail of our building. These guys worked long days on this building in 95° f heat and humidity.Yes I would recommend Titan Metal and Scott Chasm to my family and friends..

Outstanding experience from order through build out. Look no further if you are considering for a metal building. Titan will coordinate the manufacture and installation of your design and you will be amazed. The crew worked 15 hours one day and finished the whole build in 2 full days.

This review was placed on their FaceBook page but was removed and we were blocked from uploading our review again. We originally gave them a 2 out of 5 stars but after removal of our review, we went to 1 out of 5. Here is our short summary.

Do not recommend. Ordered in January 2024 but wasn't built until September. Several build appointments set with no shows between April and August. We spent an extra $5,000 to rush our slab build for construction. Took PTO several times and then had to use non paid PTO status two times for construction. Website states 3-6 weeks from time your site is ready for construction to begin. Don't trust it as it took us 20 weeks. Numerous times of calling and texting trying to get updates. We wanted them to be great. We even designed another building that we were going to purchase. Not now. Not after this horrible experience. If you attempt to cancel your order, you will not get your deposit back as we found out in August. We decided to not cancel and stick it through until the end no matter how long it took.

The building: we designed using the online tool. Online tool is great but the builders had to move some windows and doors around. This affected our interior plan and had some negative layout problems. We had 3 doors and we ended up with 2 different types/styles of doors. Numerous adjustments. The windows were expensive and absolutely horrible. Ended up with single pane, cheap $75 windows that you can find at Lowes or Home Depot. The last large problem was the color of the wainscoting. We have a specific color pattern we were looking for and what was put on the building was not what we ordered. It was said that the colors 'look different in the sun' compared to the online tool. Nope not even close.

Be cautious and be informed.

Start to finish Titan Metal was amazing. CLIFF was the best to work with along the way. He was so patient with our design and changes. I highly recommend this company for quality and price! I would recommend you work directly with Cliff as well ….very happy customers!!!

I was skeptical at first being a company that was located almost 5 hrs from me but seeing Google reviews and finding someone local that had bought from them we decided to give it a run. Alan was very helpful and responsive with getting our building ordered exactly how we needed it for our barndominium. We had a few hiccups but our building was very large and alot of different changes were made several times so nothing major and everything was fixed on the spot it was expected hiccups honestly! The way the process works is you place your order through Titan then the build is contracted through Top of the Line Buildings out of NC and you will speak to several dispatchers at TOL to make sure your measurements are correct and notify when your crew is on their way. Our shell has only been up a few days now so not sure if it leaks but if something changes I'll update but as of now Top notch company very pleased with the crew that built it also very good guys!! Build took 5 days.

I can’t say enough good things about this company!! Their customer service is top notch. Their crews work ethic is like nothing I’ve experienced in a long time. We were able to design exactly what we wanted with our barndominium and they made sure every step of the way that it was exactly what we wanted. They finished our build in 12 days with one day lost due to rain. You just honestly can’t beat this company. They also pass code with county where other companies do not. If you are here, that means you are checking them out, don’t hesitate you will be happy you didn’t. The process is super easy. They guide you every step of the way from the design all the way through the build. Thank you Titan for helping us build our dream barndominium!!
