I ordered a flashlight stun gun, a key ring stun gun, and mace. The items shipped quickly, which was surprising because I ordered the items right before Thanksgiving. Well, this is a review I am actually disappointed to write. This past October (2022), I bought two stun batons from these folks. They came in super quick and worked wonderfully. We use the flashlight side at night while walking the dog and thankfully we’ve never had to use the taser side. Well about a month ago one of them wouldn’t tase anymore but the flashlight side still worked. Then about a week ago the same thing happened to the other one. The first one won’t charge anymore and the second one seems like it will have the same fate soon. Anyhow, i am not writing this review about the batons but about the company itself. I messaged them several times through their website asking about the issues I’m having and asking if they had any ideas on what to do. I’ve not gotten any response and that alone has made me write this review. It’s a serious bummer than I even had to write this.
