Texas Data and VoIP Security has asked for my business for years. I finally gave them a try. I am pleased with the quality of the office phones they chose, but I'm most pleased with their customer service. Their sales rep, Dana, took the time to understand our unique needs before submitting the order. Then their technician, Michael, contacted me that our phones were ready. It was plug-and-play after that. I've never had a phone installation company that didn't require additional servicing. Thank you Dana for your persistence!

We were recommended to Texas Data and VOIP when we leased new office space. We had to get network cabling run quickly and professionally. We called around and received several bids. Mike gave us the best pricing and assured us top quality. We were not disappointing. Amazingly good! The local cable company had really trashed the cabling in my home office, and the builder had not connected all the data cables to inside upstairs jacks and patch panel. They were able to get my upstairs data jacks up and running so I could run a dedicated wireless AP for the upstairs (now running at at the full 400 mb) and have a separate access point for the other half of the house. I have whole house wireless coverage, my study connections are maxed out and reliable, the rats nest of cables Time Warner created are gone, and they were super reasonable! Very happy camper.

Anyone who needs commercial internet services, cable installation or VoIP phone system this is the one and only company I would use. From install to after car Texas Data and VoIP answered all my questions, were neat and clean after install, and did any and all follow up. They are the best of the best at the same time being budget friendly. I guess you could say they are champagne on a beer budget. You can not and will not find any better than Texas Data and VoIP. If I could give them 10 out of 5 stars I would.

We began using Texas Data and VoIP just a few months ago to upgrade our facility - TBarM Racquet Club. All new machines, wiring, access points, etc. They have been great throughout the process, meeting every deadline and exceeding our expectations. It is great to work with a company that you can rely on. Anytime we need something we have our issue resolved within minutes by them handling it remotely or being on site.
We also host an ATP event that just wrapped up. The event is broadcast live on the Tennis Channel and we typically have just over 1,000 people in attendance each night, so our internet reliability is crucial. This was the first year where we had zero issues with internet thanks to Texas Data and VoIP. It was a huge relief to not have to stress about when our internet would fail. We knew that wasn't going to happen and they were also able to help us streamline some other aspects of the tournament.

The McKinney location's driver is driving recklessly in residential neighborhoods downtown. I almost had to pull off the road due to the driver speeding up to my tail in a 30 mph zone and quickly pulling into the other lane and then in front of me to cut me off. Absolutely irresponsible behavior with a company van that could have caused a wreck for no reason, and idiotic given the company's name is on the car. Do not conduct business in the downtown McKinney please. I do not care if you are late for an appointment, you don't put neighbors at risk and then threaten their safety by cutting them off because I dare go the speed limit in my neighborhood. I am appalled. I could have followed and gotten their license plate and reported to the city as they were driving a company van- but I don't mess with people who have road rage. Think twice before giving them business.

TDAV is great! They are detail-oriented and very thorough. Through my company, I've hired them to clean up work other wiring companies said was complete, but turned out to be a shoddy job. I've been so happy with their work, I've even hired them to run wire in my home. Don't hesitate to give them a call.

TO THE RESCUE! We were having major issues connecting to the internet, keeping a connection and when we were fortunate enough to have service, it was slower than dial-up. As an online watch distribution company, our peak sales time starts in November and crescendos up through the final shopping cut off. During the most crucial time of the year, we were STRUGGLING with connectivity issues that were a mystery to every technician that we consulted with prior.

THEN.... I heard of this company and figured I'd give them a call. A very kind woman answered the phone and told me that she's see what she could do about sending someone out. I figured I'd anxiously wait a few more days, however, within 10 minutes, she called back to tell me that someone could come within the hour.

When the tech showed up, he explained to me what the issue was in layman terms and actually used an analogy that was both funny and very relevant to the issue. They left with an answer to my issue, and within a day it was resolved and has been resolved since.

I would have expected an exorbitant bill and was pleasantly surprised with the reasonable charge. I was also very pleased with the fact that along with a solution to the problem came a lesson for me to better understand how to prevent the issue going forward.
