I was in search of new hardware for my master bathroom and a friend suggested I try Suwanee Decorative Hardware. I made an appointment with Faith and she listened to what type of style and color I was looking for. I showed her the light fixtures and mirrors I was using and she said she had the perfect hardware to complement them. Great customer service and great selection. I will be back again to see Faith when I get ready to redo my guest bathroom. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND shopping with Faith at Suwanee Decorative Hardware!

Suwanee Decorative Hardware comes through big time! I've been searching for replacement hinges for an older house, and SDH had them in the finish I needed! In stock! What's more, their customer service responded within hours to confirm their availability, as well as the cost for expedited shipping. Rock stars of hardware! Highly recommend!
Follow up: just as SDH reported, the hinges arrived in very timely fashion (just 2 days to the North East USA)! SDH rocks it!

I placed an order with Suwanee Decorative Hardware, Kailey called to let me know the hardware was not in stock so it would take 10-15 weeks for delivery. She wanted to know before placing the order if I was willing to wait for the items or if I would like help choosing another item. I thought this type of customer service was exceptional. After placing the order I realized one of the locksets I ordered was incorrect so she patiently worked with me to find the set that would work for my door. I highly recommend using this company and suggest requesting to work with Kailey, she was very patient and knowledgeable.

Kailey at Suwanee Decorative Hardware was SO patient and helpful in helping me figure out what I needed for three exterior doors on our renovation project! They have a full selection of hardware in a logical layout, all with competitive prices. I had the pleasure of working with Abby who was responsive, efficient, and very knowledgeable about styles and finishes that would be right for my home renovation's multiple exterior and interior doors and cabinet hardware. Abby and the team worked seamlessly to help me on a renovation project in Mount Pleasant SC in early 2019.
