The installation guys were so nice. My house is in a tough place and it was hard getting a shelter in, but they maneuvered around and figured it out and it only took about 2 hours start to finish. They did great work. I would recommend them anytime!

When we moved to OK we knew we needed a storm shelter. Called Survivor Shelters in February, based on their price, selection and great customer reviews. Dinah, our salesperson was very helpful, and gave us a great home show discount. She helped us order a Guardian 6x8 slope in-ground shelter, especially for the 6’2” headroom for my 6’ husband, and estimated 4-6 weeks to installation.

Dinah took good care of us throughout the process, and yesterday our shelter was finally installed on time, even though we are located almost 50 miles away.

The installers did a great job, they were professional, experienced, friendly and careful. My husband is an engineer with exceptionally high standards, and we are so satisfied with the quality of the product, and the excellent installation.

Superior company!! The sales lady and installers were excellent and courteous! The transaction as well as installation were handled professionally and quickly. We did have one issue that came up that the office manager called me about and immediately remedied the problem to make everything right. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone!

Great people and great service. Would of given 5 stars but my A.M. install didn't happen until afternoon and messed up my plans to take my kids on a day trip for spring break.
But nevertheless they are professional and the storm shelter looks great. I only had maybe 3" of dirt and the rest was rock but that didn't stop them. Truly impressed.

Very friendly people to work with, in the office & during installation. Our installation was 6-8 weeks out, they called to install 4-5 weeks early. That's my kind of business to spend my money with. Go see them for your storm shelter & septic purchases. Tell them Teri & JD sent you.
