I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had with a Toyota salesperson who provided misleading information during the vehicle purchasing process. The salesperson assured me that the vehicle I was interested in included certain features as standard, which turned out to be inaccurate after the sale was finalized. This misinformation significantly influenced my purchasing decision and has resulted in both financial inconvenience and a loss of trust in the dealership.

Such conduct not only reflects poorly on the individual representative but also damages the reputation of the Toyota brand. As a result, I am now reluctant to recommend Toyota to friends or family and will reconsider purchasing from this brand in the future.

I bought a used Tundra 04/01/25. The salesman, Jeff, was excellent! After that is where the issues start. I purchased a warranty (Thankfully), and the first good rain we got roughly a week post purchase, water was entering the truck from the antenna on the roof. I called the dealer and they advised I bring the truck in. After 2.5 hours of waiting, they referred me to a collision shop up the road. When I arrived, the shop started saying "I don't fix leaks, I don't know why they sent you here, I can not get to it today." I went back to the dealer and told them the situation, and left with a promise of a call back within a week to bring my truck back and a loaner truck while they repaired the leak that was not disclosed in the sale of the truck. It has now been a month, I have gotten the run around, my last call to Ryan, the sales manager yesterday, was answered with a promise of a call back that same day-- after he told me my truck (that I was calling him from while driving), would be ready for pickup at the body shop. I informed him I was currently in the truck, and I need a solution as the leak is still present and there is now a mildew smell. Needless to say I never received that call back, and am still awaiting a solution currently. OVER A MONTH LATER. Steer clear of these folks- sounds like the extra 50 dollars a month for the warranty was nothing but an upsell and not a guarantee to take care of a customer that just spent 50k with them. From someone in a similar industry, this is a terrible customer experience and they are just there for the sale with little to no support afterwards.
