The associate at the store was pretty pushy and trying to hard sale - barely would leave my side. Annoying, but fine. Then they didn’t have the sunglasses in store so they put in a order for me online while I was at the store. I told them I leave on a trip in 4 days so I would prefer not to, but they SWORE they would be delivered in 2-3 max. It’s been 5 days and still no delivery, so I’ll be canceling this order - they just care about making a sale, not whether customers have a good experience and get their orders as promised.

Mr. Jaron at Arbor Place Mall was amazing! Nice, knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond for us and we appreciate Sunglass Hut for fostering that kind of environment and employees.

I was at the store today and I met a young lady and spoke with her for a couple minutes. In my experience working loss prevention and working as a commission police officer I noticed that this store represents stereotyping people. The experience that you encounter when you enter the store is not one of comfortability. Do I blame the associate? No you don't blame the associate You blame sunglass Hut. Sunglass Hut focuses on people stealing from them more than people browsing and wanting to look at glasses. Everyone that comes in the store who's a customer is a suspect for possible theft. That is not a good feeling whatsoever. I was going to buy some glasses from there but I decided not to after I witnessed some things while I was in the store and the activity by the associate. If you're that worried about people stealing in the store then just close your doors. or here's a better suggestion hire security guard and put them inside the stores. That way at least when people enter your store they know that you have a security guard and the expectation of being watched would be a tacit one.

I went in to this store to get my wife's glasses repaired and the sales person Sharaya was excellent! She seemed very honest and went above and beyond to help us as well as tried to help us save money. She was able to resolve our issue without charging us but because of her service we ended up buying 2 pairs of sunglasses. Very rare to find hardworking and honest people these days.

The associate working that day was really nice and helpful. He even took the time to look up various styles/colors for my cousin. Maybe because I'm not a fanatic, I don't see spending $400 for sunglasses. Granted they were nice but no thanks.

Remorces

This is the second time I have come during open hours and the gate has been shut. I came early this time, still closed. If y’all are closed SAY SO so I don’t waste my time driving here. I shouldn’t have to wait 45 minutes to an hour to get into a store that is advertised as being open.

Edit: So I actually spoke with a vendor that is outside of the sunglasses hut and says this is extremely common, a daily occurrence. The employee or employees just sit in the back and keep the gate closed. When the vendor attempts to call the employer it goes straight to voicemail because the employee cuts the vendors calls. Sketchy. Would avoid coming to this location.

This is a horrible store I came here to make a return. I purchased 2 pair of shades totaling over $500 in it was only one employee in the store who said she couldn’t return my item because she doesn’t have a log in to complete online returns because she is new. First and foremost why would a new employee that does not have a login be working at night alone without a mgr present. As if he/she can complete the necessary transactions they may be faced with at anytime. A mgr should have been working or at least should have been present to assist. I will be returning what I purchased and I will no longer purchase anything from Sunglass Hut apparently they need a refresher on how to schedule new employees, and on how to properly train new employees with the necessary login credentials needed to be able to assist with returns.

Bought glasses from their own website online. Then when I went in to collect them, they said the glasses didn’t exist and they won’t give me a refund. $173 down the drain.
