Last night, as we were walking past the Stuart Weitzman store at Northpark Center in Dallas, we decided to pop in at the last minute, even though they were closing. We asked the salesperson if they were closing, and Cameron warmly invited us in, assuring us it was no problem at all.

From the moment we stepped inside, Cameron made us feel incredibly welcome. Her sweet and knowledgeable demeanor, combined with her professionalism and outstanding customer service, truly set her apart. Despite the late hour, she patiently helped us find the perfect pair of shoes, demonstrating an impressive depth of knowledge and dedication.

Cameron's exceptional customer service went above and beyond our expectations. She made us feel valued and appreciated, even after the store had officially closed. We left not only with great shoes but also with the delightful experience of having met Cameron. Her dedication and professionalism are rare gems in today's customer service landscape.

Ordered shoes online and went in store to see if they could possibly stretch them out for me. Lily was so sweet, went above and beyond and expected nothing in return. People like her make one feel comfortable to walk in the store and make it a good experience. I will now order the shoes to be shipped to the store and make sure they fit right then and there. I just got a pair of shoes in this particular location. Hayley was helping me out. She was so nice! She found the shoes that I thought sold out. She also helped me do the stretching multiple times till we got it to the perfect fit. And was just a great presence overall. Wonderful experience and a great deal.

Sales people do not greet you when you walk in even when there is no other customer around. The girl that helped me, Haley was nice enough but they dont offer help until you ask to try something on. The male sales person there had a very judgmental attitude that I could sense and see even though he was wearing a mask. Don't really understand why sales people are snooty - they're in sales, I'm sure none of them are super wealthy to have such a higher than thou attitude. I did end up buying a pair of shoes but I'll never go into that store again. Online shopping is the way to go.

My review is specific to the NorthPark store, not Stuart Weitzman shoes or the quality--I have no problem with the shoes. I was told that a pair of shoes (that I needed within a few days as a gift) was on hold for me over the weekend. When I came into the store on Monday morning, the shoes weren't on hold (or available in the store) and all of the associates acted like I was crazy when I insisted that someone had confirmed the hold. I then had to ASK them (instead of them offering) to overnight the shoe from a different store. I also had to ASK for them to waive overnight shipping as a courtesy for the hold "mixup". I paid for the shoes and was told they would arrive at my house the next morning by 12pm noon. I was also told that I would get the tracking emailed to me. When the tracking never came, I called back around 6pm only to find that the shoes were never shipped out and I wouldn't be receiving them. This store has HORRIBLE customer service at this location and takes no accountability for their mistakes.

I recently bought 4 pairs of Stuart Weitzman, 2 of which were defected, after wearing it for just 15-20 min. I had irritated and cut skin. I had to stop by and get band-aides to just be able to walk. The inside of the strap had rough stitching and rough edges. I had cuts on both ankles.

I went to the store the same day, told them what had happened. She said other people have complained, she suggested either exchange it or take it to a shoe repair shop to see if they can fix it!
I asked if they would cover the cost and she said no. they're still selling this defected product, and once you buy it, there's no return just exchange. This is a rip-off. Clearly they know there’s a problem; they should pull it off the shelf and send it back to the manufacturer. This is Stuart Weitzman Y’all, not some shady store!! Had I bought the same thing from Neiman's or Nordstrom, they would've apologized and given me a refund.

While searching, I found out that SW repairs their shoes up to a year after purchase! I contacted them and told them the whole thing, waiting to hear back.....never heard from anybody. Called back again on 07/10/18……someone is supposed to call me……..we’ll see….will keep you posted. I will never again buy anything from them.

Definitely not a customer service you would like from store like this. From the moment we walked to the store this lady was judgmental. When my wife told her we would not take those shoes because they’re not comfortable she just took them without a word. We could tell that we’re not welcome there. Never again.
