TLDR: Bags are stupid expensive and the employees are misleading and rude. I would give zero stars if I could.
Storytime: Not only are the bags ridiculously over priced, the employees are down right rude. I bought bags online for the women in my family thinking it would be fun for us to customize after Christmas. BOY was I wrong. On my first visit, I was greeted at the door before walking back to the customization area. I had brought in 5 bags to get customized. I watched the employee that greeted me walk around me to chit chat with her coworker for several minutes before acknowledging that I was standing there waiting. During the customization, they didn’t have a few of the patches I wanted. I had even emailed the company before and was assured the stock in store and online was comprehensive only to find out that the stores have different stock. The employee helping me then told me to order the patch online and bring it back. That it shouldn’t be a problem to get it put on and not to worry about the customization fee. That was on a Friday. I looked online that weekend and the patch I wanted didn’t even exist anymore. Despite being on an iPad looking at the website the whole time, she made zero mention of the lack of availability. I had already mentioned that I had another bag I was bringing back so I could have easily waited to customize them all together, which she knew. She let me leave knowing she was misleading about merchandise and the repeat customization fee. When I tried to advocate for myself upon return the following Wednesday, a different employee, presumably the manager, stated that “respectfully” no one would ever say that and that the customization fee is always expected. I went on to discuss my experience with the employees on the previous visit and she was extremely dismissive. I wasn’t trying to get out of paying the customization fee, I understand rules are rules and that it’s company policy. I was just asking that the staff be educated and maybe not as misleading and rude. Now that I have picked up my remaining stuff I’ll never go back. I recommend you don’t either in hopes that this ridiculous place is forced to leave our town.
