I just had a brand new air conditioning unit installed. Larry, the owner, was there to oversee the guys, which is a sign of a good manager who cares about his customers and his company.
The guys made sure they cleaned up after themselves, which I appreciate.
They were able to come out the very next day after giving the estimate, no waiting!
I would recommend this company for sure!

Moving into a new home I was searching for a company to provide 3 different type of services
which were: a yearly contract for AC maintenance, duck cleaning and installation of a UV light.
I contacted Star Air Condition because I liked that it is veteran own business, being a veteran
myself as I like to support veterans. The owner came in person to chat with me about the work I
wanted done. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and dedication to customer
service therefore I selected Star to perform the work. I can say without hesitation
the work they did and the care they took was outstanding. I would highly recommend Star as a
business you can trust to meet your highest standards for customer service , including follow up,
and quality of work. Thanks to the entire Star team for the great job they did.

I called this company spoke to Yliana
who was rude then called back and spoke to Nancy who talked me into their Gold plan which sounded good and scheduled an appointment they arrived late with no text no phone call.
A police officer followed their van in my neighborhood and served one of the technicians papers. Not a good look for Star A/c, had lots of neighbors looking.
Nancy said they were there checking licenses, Unfortunately the technicians Only performed 3 of 21 services offered on it.
I just retired from owning my own towing company after 26 years and had a great relationship with the sheriff's department, police department and code enforcement so making a phone call was real easy I knew a lot of those guys by name turns out they don't do that,

If I could give this place a lower rating I would! They are nothing but a scam. I was recommended to them by a company I usually use because the other company was having staffing issues. The issue was my pool heater. It was making horrible sounds and it kept blowing the circuit breaker. First, they told me they would be out on a Friday. The tech showed up on Thursday. No phone call nothing. Only way I knew he was there was the ring doorbell. I was at work. Told him what was wrong. He obviously did nothing. The people on the phone only wanted to talk about selling me an annual maintenance plan for my home AC. The problem continued. They were obnoxious and rude on the phone. The problem continued until yesterday when Medallion Energy, the company I usually use, came out. In less than 10 minutes the tech said you have 2 capacitors that are bad and need to be replace. He replaced them and it works perfectly now. I would NEVER use STAR again! They are NOT stars they are a scam! They charged me $248.95 to do absolutely NOTHING!!!!!
