Takes forever to pick something up and they never answer the phone.

When I was in the store waiting in line for 25 mins the phone overhead rang the whole time! There were people in tech and customer service just standing there not answering. I won’t be using this location again

I went to drop off an Amazon return, two bras I purchased that I didn't like the color. Brand new. I didn't even use them. Black guy behind the counter was super rude. There was a customer in front of me, once he finished helping them, he got on his phone and was watching something, then he finally acknowledged me and just waived at me to come over. Didn't even say anything. I said "Hi I'd like to return these items I bought from Amazon," he then made a face and then put some bags on the counter, didn't even hand the bags to me. I bagged the items myself, once he finished scanning the items, he just handed me a receipt. Didn't say anything to me. It was so awkward and uncomfortable. I don't know what his problem was, but he shouldn't be working there. He needs to move on and find another job not dealing with customers.

I walked in to do TSA Precheck today and had the most amazing service. Not only was Jen extremely knowledgeable and efficient but she was so professional and nice. This experience was great and I can’t believe how fast I was in and out.
