They installed 13 high-definition cameras at our condo with a three year warranty. Some of them began acting up after a few months, but our building manager was having difficulty getting the company on the phone. After posting a negative 1 star review here on Google about them not returning calls or honoring their warranty, they came out and fixed our issues. So the review has been edited accordingly. When the cameras work, they are excellent. I therefore hope that the previous communication issues were just a misunderstanding, and that the company will continue to honor the warranty going forward.

Stay away from this company!! After installation our equipment stopped working shortly after as did the recording device, and the access to view (basically the entire reason you need this system in the first place). It was absolutely impossible to get them on the phone, we were told via text by the owner that we would get a call back; that didn't happen. A different tech was sent to our home WEEKS later after multiple calls and texts (although the owner initially came himself to collect our money of course) The new tech stated that one camera was broken, he couldn't get the system to work properly and there was nothing he could do that day, and that he would be back the next day to fix. That was over a week ago and no one ever showed and AGAIN ignored multiple calls, texts, and voicemails. We had to hire another security company to fix newly installed equipment that was already paid for. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional 'company'. Save yourself the $1100 and go to a reputable company who actually stands behind their work. After installation we recommended them to multiple family members, friends, and even my employer who needed an entirely new surveillance system on a 600,000 square foot building and tracking devices on our company trucks. We had to call each of them to retract our recommendation and warned them to throw away the phone number we gave them and use a different company so they wouldn't go through what we did and to save ourselves the embarrassment. We have contracted multiple companies to do various projects in our new home and this was by FAR the worst quality we have experienced by any company to date. Save your money, patience and sanity and look elsewhere, basically ANYWHERE else.

I purchased 12 HD Hikvision 1080P cameras and a 16 channel HD DVR w/ 2TB HDD with a 3 year warranty. What i got was 12 knock off Hikvision cameras and a 16 channel DVR with no HARD DRIVE!! The system recently went down and when I called for service, the owner "HENRY" tells me that he will have the tech come out to fix". After weeks of phone tag and empty promises, now he refuses to accept my calls and will only pick up when I call from someone elses phone that he doesnt recognize. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS POSSIBLE. THEY ARE THE WORST!!!.

I had a different company come in and they told me the issue was with the power supply. The "brick" was shot and needed to be replaced". They also said that the way it was installed was not the way it is supposed to be installed. The correct way was to install a Power Supply BOX so each camera is protected from power surges and each one has a fuse.

Also, the address listed to the right of 6815 NW 84th ave in Miami is not accurate, as I went there and it is a freight forwarding company. Everything about this company is a SCAM!!!! I can't tell you how PISSED OFF I am with them. They didn't even put in a hard drive!!!

HENRY, if you want to do the RIGHT THING and fix the system, you have my number.?

These people are very unprofessional. They installed five security cameras about three months ago, and cameras already have problems. The recording never worked because there is no hard drive inside the DVR. All the cable connections to the cameras joined with black tape. They do not answer the phone. A very bad installation and horrible customer service. Stay away from these people.

The Service here is unmatched, the people here define the word "professionalism". I've had cameras installed on my business and home, couldnt be more happier, it's easy to use, and crystal clear images the installation was quick and easy please do yourself a favor and call Spie if you want only the best!!!! This Company is a Fake they will steal your money, He stole $1400 installed cameras that never worked. Henry Tario will promise you a 3 year warranty and will take your money and disappear, it's better not to use him, He will not back up his product.. BEWARE EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY READ THE REVIEWS I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE HE HAS STOLEN FROM

So I got my house security cameras, because the house next door is always rented and someone stole some of my patio chairs. It's been really nice having cameras and seeing what happens when im not there. Since I have wifi, I can see my cameras anytime and where I am. The guy Enrique but he goes by Henry did a good job installing the cameras and it looks very neat. No complaints there.
