It’s so sad that I have to give you a 1 star rating to leave a comment. Our Son is trying so hard to be responsible to get his life back in order but this company is making it so hard, costly and frustrating! How sad it is for us to get his frustrated phone calls on a regular basis about the costs that are devastating him, being late for work, being locked out of his truck while spending time with his Son and can’t get his truck to start. Out in the fridged cold without a heater, no cell service and no way to get them home. We are so proud of him and so destroyed by this company. They have him trapped, while he is doing so good! Is there a recourse to leave this company without destroying his bank account, so he can continue to move forward in his life? Your company should be embarrassed by these comments, ratings and try to correct this problem! Shame on you!

PLEASE LOOK THE OTHER WAY. This business is set up to ROB YOU. This place took my husbands money just because and added fees just because they can taking away money from our kids. I get that people make mistakes but they are going to this business to make it right only to get scammed. AVOID AT ALL COST. Call the dmv and report we already took it to court and complained they advice to take it to civil court which is money from our pockets invested to sue.

My car got totaled so I needed someone to take the device out but of course they never got back to me. I got rear ended it was not my fault at all. I tried to make an appointment to put it back in, in a new car but the app doesn’t have the option of installation. If you call they don’t answer, they just say to email them. I emailed them and they never responded. I’m now at the point I want to cancel everything and just find another interlock company. I tried to set an appointment for removal so I can cancel everything and the app doesn’t even work. It’s actually insane how useless this company is. I went in, in person to the place where they installed it and the guy just said he can’t set the appointments it has to be through the app. Do not go through this company, having a dui already sucks and then these people try and make it harder.

Probably the worst customer service I've ever had from any company. Been locked out of my car 3 times and it's barely been 30 days. Junk equipment and junk service.

Read the other reviews it should tell you everything you need to know. Stay as far away from this company as you possibly can because once you're in with them it will be very expensive to get away from them. Go with any other company you possibly can! Everything will be your fault no matter what and there will always be a charge associated with that fault. Customer service has obviously been instructed to make money off of you at any cost and they are legitimately corrupt. I had my vehicle in the shop being repaired because it was hit while parked and the auto body shop had to take the frame off to do the restoration which caused a violation. The customer service response was that somebody could have been sitting in the vehicle the entire time they took the body off the frame... yeah this company is like that that is just one of many examples I could give you of my personal experience with this company over the last 6 months or so. I for one am going to pay the $700 early termination and removal fee just to go with another company... if you are unfortunate enough to go with this company even after reading every single one of these reviews my best advice is to pay the termination fee and walk away with your losses while you can.

What's there to say? Read the other reviews. I paid them $1200 just to go away, and they still try to hit my account for $8.27. That should tell you everything you need to know. I wish I'd done my research first, would've saved alot of headaches associated with Skyfine.
Update: Been with Lifesafer for 6 months now, zero issues. Complete 180 from Skycrime. From billing and customer service, to the unit and calibrations, all of it. DO NOT use these dirt merchants.

I’m giving this company a BIG FAT ZERO!
No kidding the worst company ever. Can’t even fart in your truck without getting a violation, brush your teeth before work, there’s another $200 violation! Not to mention a $200 late fee on $40, with no payment reminder? I have 2 accounts, could easily move money, just need a heads up! No appointment reminders, so if you don’t request one in time, you’re locked out, there’s another $200!
Customer service, terrible. And that’s all I have to say about that ( in my best forest gump voice, bc I’m pretty sure everyone at this company talks that way). They can’t ever tell you what the actual violation is for, without having to pull teeth. Usually stupid stuff and most of it they make up. If you get this company ask for proof of the test they accuse you of missing, putting a foot out the door while the truck is on, TURNING THE TRUCK OFF TO FAST!!! How’s that possible, they told me after they said oh maybe you shut the truck off to fast (violated me for this btw) you should sit there for a few just in case…what? No. So what if I wait and go to turn it off and THATS WHEN it asks for a blow. Seriously the prices sound great but this company is a major joke and so not worth it. I could keep going but I won’t, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR BREATH (lol no pun intended) CALLING, THEY SUCK!

I requested everything be sent to my lawyer, we will see if they do.. I’ll give an update

The worst piece of trash company I have ever came across. They threatened me over the phone. Arguing with me about anything I say and trying to sneak in over 300 dollars of charges even though the problem happened on their end! How do you charge me for your wrong doing, and then yell and threaten me? Please for your own good go with anyone else, these people will basically rob you when your already going through tough times
