I had Skyfine install their interlock device in my vehicle since March of 2024. After changing from another company i had one month prior. Worst decision I have made in my life, their device is faulty and always needs to be serviced beforehand which they charge you a early service fee for. They keep taking money every chance they get out of my account without my knowledge. The device discharge my battery to the point it voided ny warranty with AAA. I purchased a new battery for my vehicle still drains it daily. AAA lives at my residence at this point. The people in customer service are rude and arrogant. They refused to give me a service call because of the wrongly charged fees on my account that I refused to pay and disputed with ny bank. I had to replace 3 different bank cards due to them try to charge me unnecessarily. Now I am being lockout of my vehicle in a day due to them preventing me to get the faulty device serviced. And they charged a lockout fee for that as well. I see this company has a class action lawsuit last year they never addressed. They need to be stopped and shutdown. This is unethical and something has to be done! ASAP

Worst experience and memories. Only can set up the calibration appointment throughout skyfine own web but they do not keep the appointment.

Worse CSR ever - DMV is a 5 star experience as compared to these credance's! If you are required and or thinking about option do not use Skyline USA they are absolutely crooks and should be in jail themselves. Treat women like dogs. I plan on using my extensive business network to assure any and all business is deverted from this misappropriation of court order and or supposed service. Skyline USA thank Nathaniel for future decline in revenue!

They manipulated me to write this review. Please do not use this company!! They have caused me so much trauma and took thousands of dollars from me and are now wanting to sue me. I have gotten a lawyer to help me with how this company over charged in so called “late fees”. This company will add a surcharge for any bank that will flag them as fraud. I would get txt messages from my bank because SkyFineUSA was flagged as fraud and SkyFineUSA didn’t care and asked me the only way they would waive any fees (even though it wasn’t my fault that my bank flagged them) is if I gave them a Yelp review!! They don’t care about your situation and how you got those fees all they care about is over charging and abusing anyone in need. David the sales/manager not sure what his role is but the way he spoke to me over the phone was unacceptable. David stated “I’m gonna give you 15 minutes and you need to figure out if family or friends can lend you $1600 for the replacement of the breathalyzer since the cracks need to be replaced with a whole new machine.” Mind you that machine was so fragile, I regret this company since the first month I had issues with fake positive blows. DO NOT GET THIS COMPANY!

I called in because I had got locked out, due to not preparing the amount of days I had till I got locked out. The gentleman on the phone said my bill was going to be $186, I thought to myself... great more money to pay. Turns out he waives a couple of fees. I was shocked, impressed by the customer service and satisfied with the monthly calibration meetings with Paul.

If I could give a zero I would very misleading overcharge your account with hidden charges they never tell you about in the beginning and they think they have you by the balls because it's mandatory you get this when you're in trouble by the courts.
They claim to be the cheapest but definitely more expensive than most of the other companies!!!!
Legal action definitely need to be taken with these crooks!

Google needs a negative star option. This company is a scam! Currently gathering up all proof and evidence needed to take legal action. They use to be called A1 interlock but changed it to skyyfine usa to try to hide their bad reputations and now it is catching up with their new name. All the sales reps on the phone are extremely rude and are against you every time you try to explain a problem. I don't know how they are even in business still. Sooner or later all their scamming will come to light. PLEASE DO NOT THINK ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY! They have caused too much stress and emotional trauma. They do not care about you! Most of their good reviews are bought as well. You can buy reviews on google. I hope I can save someone money and stress with this review.
