I love That cashier "Victoria".... Her customer service is top notch i would offer her employment for my establishment! Customer Service is top priority for me. She always make sure me& other customers see the shoe size to clarify everything is good 🙂...and make sure we always have a left and a right... That one cashier is going to make sure you don't leave her register incorrect🤣
Moral of the story if y'all terminated her she will gain employment quick. she is the only one I would go to on any day.

My lovely wife and I shopped here 30 min, she picked out three pairs of shoes, but at the register we wait +15 min for the genius cashiers helping a lady return some shoes without a receipt and in the wrong box… what? We ask if one of them could check us out while they kept manually searching through images of receipts for this woman’s credit card? Can’t you text search anything on your system. One cashier just walks off while the other keeps scrolling through pictures of receipts. We look at each other… set the product on the counter and finally leave. Good luck staying in business with this kind of customer service… another company representing everything wrong with America businesses.(Answer: just tell the woman returning her shoes without a receipt to hold on a sec while they check out the customer with $200 in sales… which would have taken 1-2 min… then we are all set… and you are receiving a good review… nice work bad American business)

My favorite cashier is Victoria!! I love comin when she's there. Her customer service is always on point! She takes her time checking out every shoe making sure every shoe has a left and right 😆😅 before you leave the store & on top of that going to make sure you have the correct size. That one cashier that I do know for a fact, that's going to take her time checking you out however; her customer service is exceptional I wish I could give her 10 star ⭐ review!! She may be the slowest to ring you up but she is one of the best out 💯.

*Customer service means everything to me. Needless to say if y'all was to
ever get rid of or terminate that cashier Victoria just know she will always get a job inRetail... I would even hire her💯🥰

This is one of those stores you have to know how to shop to get your money's worth. They can be a little pricey unless your get on mailing list to get info on when the sales are coming then you get a bargain to die for. So I recommend getting on the email list.

The cashier that wear the pretty lashes & face mask
..Con's she takes hers:precious time which I'm okay with that. I rather to be safe than sorry rather than come home and noticed I don't have a left or right or have wrong size(I think her name is ToriA )pro's: I like her customer service so much. I love coming to her I feel confident to know I don't have to come back to the return/exchange line.
