Honestly confused by these low review scores... Could not reach the company for 2 days but it was a holiday weekend so obviously nobody was in the office. However when I called the cust service on Tues they quickly picked up and were polite and helpful. I thanked them profusely since I felt like they must be dealing with allot of demanding customers during a stressful/difficult time. End of story my items arrived INCREDIBLY fast! I was so pleased with my complete riot gear and body armor plates that I came back and bought a ballistic full face mask which also shipped safely and quickly! Your not gonna get quality like this from cheap Chinese ballistic gear you see on ebay! Trust Security Pro USA! I did and would again for sure!

Ordered online and received a confirmation of order email. Then they cancelled the order without telling me. They said they tried to call me, but they didn't. They said they tried to email me, but they didn't. Later on when I asked why it was cancelled, they told it was because I was a 'high-risk' of fraud—telling me my billing and shipping addresses were different (which wasn't true). The phone number they had for me was a number I didn't even recognize. So, not only did they not help me re-order, but they just kept lying to me about the original order. Don't know what their deal was, but I would steer clear, folks...

Outright stole almost $450 dollars by not delivering on Hesco plates and dropping all communication with me then lying to Hesco about contacting me and sending a refund when I tried to work my way around the communication roadblock by contacting Hesco's sales manager directly. Had this been my mistake or I had heard this from someone from Security Pro instead of Hesco, or gotten anything besides my messages going straight to voicemail or my emails going into some aether, the plates being on their way after a March 2 order would be at least a little forgivable. Instead, the company has shown extraordinary dishonesty and unprofessionalism in their dealings with me.

Since they've blown off all of my attempts to contact them, my only recourse is an FTC complaint.

Ordered online first week of June! They cancelled and refunded my order with no communication, until I opened up the convo after being concerned about when I was going to receive, only to now be waiting 11 business days for the refund that there IS NO SIGN OF! when they told me it would be 2 to 4.... won’t return emails or call, mailbox is “full”.. extremely unprofessional and I am very upset, don’t recommend this company AT ALL
