Ryan (owner/operator) was on time and professional. He was eager to take care and fix my hvac issues and explained the process as he went. Ryan diagnosed my issues and got things working again. Appreciated his work ethics and recommend his work to anybody. He ordered a part I was needing replaced.

I called to have my furnace serviced and Rian was here the next day. He came last year and repaired my furnace after using another company . He is friendly and knowledgeable ,honest and goes beyond what’s needed. Highly recommend Second Wind !!

Ryan was very professional, applied shoe covers as soon as he entered my home. Explained what he was doing as he was working on solving the problem. Found a disconnected wire that the last to service people mssed. So far the system seems to be working as it should .

Amazing customer service.
Clean, prompt, timely, and nice. Our tech went beyond good customer service. After two weeks of a 100 degree heat, our second compressor was installed on a Saturday morning. Wonderful!!!! Highly recommend.

Great service! In Bend, it is difficult to find home service people. Moving forward I’m not going to use Bend’s largest heat and air-conditioning service, but move to Second Wind as I was extremely impressed with the quality of their service.
