The guys over here are great. Quality repairs, onsite or in their shop. They came in under their quoted price for some heavy equipment repairs and they ended up costing less than I agreed to pay. I've used their services quite a bit since then. The technicians are knowledgeable, I've tested them. And the customer service is to-the-point and friendly.

I've been using S&H Equipment Services for about 10 years and I always forget to give them a thumbs a up via review. I guess I have just become accustomed to the personalized service that has always been provided by Joe and his staff. And now, I find that Cody, his son is taking up the family tradition of personalized service as well. We're building a restaurant in N. Arlington and our job site was hit by some knuckleheads doing some serious damage to our lift. I simply called the shop and 20 minutes later I had a couple of guys from S&H out on my job site with tools and supplies (it needed a new battery). From the time I called to the time the lift was back up in the air was less than an hour!!!

This is par for the course!!! Thanks Joe, Cody, and the rest of the S&H TEAM!!!

Called and asked what it cost to have a piece of equipment inspected for a starting problem. Was told there was a $90 service call plus labor onsite. They came out and spend 1 hour diagnosing the problem. We approved them ordering the part. They then charged us 2-1/2 hours of labor @ $92 PER HOUR. This was for travel time and time on site, though they never mentioned charging for travel time when asked what they charged for to diagnose a problem. Then they sent us the part and we have to install it ourselves. What we expected to be a $200 service call turned out to be double that. Poor service would be an exaggeration as to what we received. We will not use or recommend this company.

I reserved two forklift in Nov, I got last minute cancellation one day before my reservation date. Please avoid this company if your date is not flexiable.
