This company seems to be ran by ONE person named Julie, she is very UNPROFESSIONAL. I do not normally do reviews, but I must for this company. We are quoted STOCK material. At the time that the order was placed we were told that the order would be ready by October 13, when that date was approaching we followed up with the OEM and they said that there was a slight delay and the order would arrive by the 17th. Until now December 5th, NO RESPONSE. We have sent several emails, we call and only receive a answering service that is not the OEM. Julie NEVER calls back. I wish I would have read the reviews before placing the order as they are absolutely TRUE. This OEM is TERRIBLE. I wish I could give negative stars

Company is in poor shape having production issues due to Covid supply chain issues. Communication was not transparent and prompt. SST was unable to deliver, poor contact after issuing PO and Payment.
Update June 21: SST reached out for contact with detailed updates regarding the products ordered. Supply chain issues due to Covid seems to be the issue. Will update and value this review according further progress.
Update December 21: Products received in good order, after 1 1/2 year.
Although delivered and sympathy for the Covid-19 situation, communication has been really poor over such a long period.

Called 5 times and left messages with the answering service because they will not answer the phone during business hours. Just needing a status update on an order already placed but, no on will return phone call

Zero customer service abilities. You can only get answering service when you call, and no one returns email. The distributor map function on their website does not work so trying to buy their equipment is near impossible.

I have placed 3 orders with Safety Systems Technology within a one month period. The first two orders went smoothly and I received the items quickly... However, with the third order I am unable to get a response to my emails from the sales rep. It has been over 2 months.. I have also tried calling multiple times and left messages, but am told each time I call that they are simply an answering service and not employees of the company. There is no way to contact this company directly by phone. It is extremely frustrating, as my customer overseas has been waiting for this product (or an update!). I can understand the current materials shortages, but some simple communication would be appreciated. This is certainly the last time I will source anything from this company..

Good Quality products, however unhappy with service received. We placed an order with them and we do not get any feedback for weeks in spite of sending repeated emails and phone calls.
