Outstanding customer service. We couldn't have asked for friendlier staff, and the family-run business will do just about anything to help you get your project done. We needed a machine quickly, and they delivered it at 6am the next morning. We've used two different excavators with these guys, and they were both in perfect condition. We'll be using them again and would recommend them to anyone.

I called to rent something and these guys put me on the list for when it came in. They proceeded to rent it out to someone else instead who was not waitlisted for it. This kind of customer service is difficult when the job you are trying to get done relies on people and companies keeping their word. I get it, everyone makes mistakes but you need to try to make it right when you do. No attempt to say “we screwed up, how can we help.” Disappointing

We are traveling in need of a generator. We ended up not renting one but the man behind the counter, did not catch his name, was beyond nice. He gave us lots of good information on generators suitable for our rv. What truly great customer service! Thanks!

I had an issue about a bill that I misread. They have an open contract for rentals... which they might want to explain better... but they then have the closed contract. My client got irate with me... knowing I got the job done in a half day... because he saw the same bill I did... the Open Contract. It took a couple of phone calls... but RF Rentals personnel helped point out my mistake. They were friendly and professional... even if they might have been fed up with my ignorance. It doesn't matter, because they helped me out immensely. And they... in the past actually came out to a job when a pressure washer broke down to make things right. Who does that anymore?

rent a lift from them fine But were I have the biggest problem Is when they lied to me telling me my carburetor is going to be out at noon Tuesday And it does not get out until 10:00 or 10:30 Wednesday morning And then they called me this morning and told me I still owe an outstanding bill when they messed up on it But I'm a man of my word I went and paid my bill We need to hold these businesses accountable for what they say And not for how nice they act I hope everyone see This before they rent from them

Wow!!! I’m the owner of Rock Canyon Hardwood & Concrete Refinishing’s from Denver. Up in Snowmass refinishing 3,000 sq ft of interior concrete flooring. Our generator went down desperately looking for something to rent. Have been calling around desperately got in touch with Fran at Roaring Fork Rentals I couldn’t be more impressed. This gentleman has gone above and beyond trying to help me. Even if it meant getting me in contact with another company that has what I need. Making phone calls and helping with leg work. We do allot of work in this area and if I can’t do businesses with Fran this time he will be the first person I call every other time after this every time I need something.
