We have used Riner's for years on our home and two rental houses. I have always been happy with the service I received. The only guy I remember coming out is Pete and he has been SUPER. On time, quick, thorough. Very pleasant and professional. He has worked on washers, dryers, stoves, and refrigerators I believe.

Awesome experience today! They are all super knowledgeable and I pretty much knew what I wanted. They helped me get a great washer, they had me checked out and my washer loaded in the truck in no time. Multiple people told me to call with any issues at all. Grateful they had what I needed and love to support local when possible!!

I had never done business with this store until yesterday. After 22 years our dryer decided to quit heating. I made multiple repairs over the years, including a minor restoration. When it quit heating this time we decided to get a new machine. We already have a Speed Queen washer and knew the quality was great so we wanted a dryer as well.

Riner had what we needed in stock. Mr. Deron assisted me when I arrived and I was gone in 30 minutes. He was very nice to answer all my dumb questions and listen to my idiotic responses to his replies. I WILL go back to Riner when we decide to get a new dishwasher which will be soon. Thank you Riner and Deron!

My refrigerator was leaking so I decided to give them a call. So Pete came out and had a look at it and stated he had to order a part. Came back in two days and fixed it. He then fixed my washer too! I cannot express how professional and polite he was.

Do not recommend for appliance repair. Spent $240 for 10 minutes and a $10 part to fix my dryer. It still is not fixed and called the technician within 10 minutes after he left stating it was making the same noise. Called the office the next day to let them know and they stated they would still charge me even though it was not fixed. Any recommendations for dryer repair that is honest and will not rip me off, let me know.

Riner’s Appliances is the place to go if one is interested in name brands that are the best. Prices are fair, help is available, and the selection is good. Store is clean and sales clerks are very knowledgeable about each product. I bought a Maytag washer and dryer, and the store delivered it the next day. The delivery men were the nicest and most helpful of any I have met! They also provide service for repairs on what they sell. I will return to the store if I need another appliance!
