We got our new LS tractor from them. At first it was great. They gave us a good deal and said that we would be getting a cutting edge and a block heater once they came in.
When it was time for its 50hr servicing, that's when it went down hill. We called them 2 weeks in advance to give them a heads up when we would be dropping it off so they could get the filters and get the cutting edge/block heater ready. When we dropped it off, they just said it would be done soon. After 3 weeks, we called and asked if it's done yet. They said no and waiting on the filters. After another week we called to see if it's done and they said yes. With us being out of the tractor for more than a month, they said they would deliver the tractor for free. The total bill was agreed at $1100.
Once the tractor was home, we realized that they didn't use LS brand filters. It was all after market, that made us worry about the warranty. After further looking, we noticed that they broke some bungee-cords we left on it. We tried emailing corporate to get a receipt.
Now that it's a month later, we got the credit card statement and realized they charged us $1200 - and still no receipt.
Never using Rene J again. Any person we told how great they were after getting our tractor is getting an updated review and we are telling them to never go here.

Andre at Rene Founier's Sales is interested in what the customer needs rather than just selling you something not suited for your needs! He listened and did whatever I needed not the other way around. When I needed something extra on my zero turn, all I needed to do is call and he and his team had a way to help!!!!!! They are great people to do business with!
Thank you to everyone at Founier's!

Great place to do buisness but beware at the auctions, dealers sell there used equipment there and they work together bidding the prices high, watched it over and over, I've bid on equipment and drop out oh no where is that other bidder oh back to you or work on someone else to try to get it sold. Stopped going to the auction couple years ago do to this. Very shady practice as far as I'm concerned and because I bought and sold equipment for years know the guys doing it. Play the game and watch you will see who bids constantly. And watch certain pieces equipment that never go any where or end up at another auction and the same group will bid it up. Thank you but no thanks. Shill bidding is illegal.

03/05/2015 I purchased a Buhler Farm King snow blower from these people a month ago tomorrow , I traded an Erskine front mount snow blower to them plus wrote a check for $4,525.00 (foolish me) , within a week of blowing back frozen snow banks i had the ribbon on the lower auger bent and the sides of the box was bent in and out . I had to have the ribbon on the auger welded twice in the same area , the person that does my welding said it was poor material , he has been welding for over 50 years , so i believe he knows what he is talking about. I contacted Fournier's and sent them pictures of the damage , and all Joe could say is i din't know what i was doing , I will be 63 in July and have been plowing and blowing snow since i was 13 yrs. old , started out with a home made plow out of oak planks and a cutting edge off the towns grader on a Farmall H tractor , i believe i have a handle on snow removal . He told me that they nor the company would stand behind the snow blower ! I sent him an email requesting him to mail me a check for $1,500.00 , just so i wouldn't be too ripped off . After checking with other dealers that sell the Buhler brand i found out that they sell the same exact snow blower for $4,400.00 out the door with NO trade , the blower i traded they gave a Rustoleum Restoration and have a $6,500.00 price tag on it , Not bad , They charge full price for the new one , slop a little paint on the traded one and make a $6,500.00 profit , even if they sell it for less its all profit . If i had heard from them about some restitution i woldn't be writing this , nor would my next step be the Better Business Bureau and lastly the State Attorney General's office . I was a fool to not do more shopping around before i bought , and i hope anyone that reads this and is looking to purchase a piece of equipment does their research before buying , You will definatley find a better deal elsewhere !!!! For the son to tell me i didn't know what i was doing ruffled my feathers quite a bit , he also lied to me , i asked him how they worked and he informed me that they didn't use them around the place because of all the equipment and building glass , as they have a gravel drive and parking lot , understandable , but in an email which i have kept he tells me he uses them all the time up there , wish he would make up his mind or get his story straight . Also i have copies of their ad"s from tractor house magazine where they have the same exact snow blower i bought right down to the serial number for 65 and $7,500.00 , not a bad mark up for a $4,400.00 machine ! So i guess all i can say is do your homework before buying and definately check or buy from someone else other than Fournier's , They don't stand behind their products and overcharge .
