Look elsewhere. I have called customer service multiple times during business hours and never get anyone to pick up the phone. After leaving multiple messages with customer service requesting a call back for a little tech support and to place an order for some parts, I have never received a call back. When you can't even get a company to call you back when you want to BUY something from them, that's a red flag.

Edit to reply to business response: Appreciate the response I guess. RainFlo pump place right? Cmon, of course it's the right place. I've been adulting for many years and fully capable of finding the business I've spent lots of money with. Some off-grid families rely on these pumps for their primary home water systems (showers/laundry/dishes), not just for pumping from rain barrels to water their flower gardens. When a pump goes down, it's a very stressful situation that requires prompt attention. That's why it's all the more troubling there is no record of my calls or voicemails... another red flag. Perhaps the cs dept needs a bit of attention.

Customer since 2009 - West Coast. Sales people are knowledgeable. Thorough packing of shipments and on time delivery has proven especially important as have had bad experience from using other vendors. I am writing this review intentionally to balance the positive and negative reviews on their site. My positive review is worth 1000 times more than a single negative review appearing as a result of miscommunication, inexperienced users, installers, or whistle blowers passing the buck. This industry is growing FAST. These guys are busy. Get to know a salesperson and stick with him/her. Back up your phone calls with an email. Jeff the West Coast guy is friendly, OCD, and a workaholic so he is awesome.

Great website that was easy to navigate and great descriptions that were easy to understand. I was able to find exactly what I needed with no prior knowledge of Pre-Filters. Shipping was fast and very professional. Prices are right too. I highly recommend ordering online and will be using them for our Rain Harvesting needs from now on!! Thanks guys!

Just got the package with Rain Harvesting Pty DDCR99 Clean Rain Ultra Downspout Filter and Diverter. First impression, woow; it looks pretty well designed in a well designed box. Nothing cheap like other reain collectiong products I've ordered from a box store. I haven't had a chance to unbox or install or test it. Once I do that, I will update my review.
