Our shipment got lost by FedEx which is not Rackmount Solutions fault. They did get the issue handled, however they need some improvement with communication to the customer. We got the rack and it did not have any of the mounting hardware. I called and was told he was going to contact the warehouse and get it sent to me. So a week later I didn't get anything in the mail. Called back and was told that this model I ordered does not come with the hardware...All racks should come with hardware or at least be advertised on page that it does not come with and give options to add. It would have been great to get a call telling me the screws were not going to be sent out!

We've recently purchased for my R&D organization, portable server racks in SKB shock mount cases from Rackmount Solutions. These units we've found in online searches, are great for in-the-lab prior assembly and compact shipping of networks of servers for our external demos or show cases. We haven't used these products before and were not entirely sure how well they would address our needs. The random people I got on the phone to inquire about the product as well as John Ferraro, the account manager assigned to work with us were very helpful and accommodating in getting us the units quickly.

He went above and beyond by finding a unique way to use a custom shelf to store specific-sized equipment as we requested.
