DO NOT GO HERE, THEY WILL HOLD YOUR DEVICE HOSTAGE AND WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

First time I brought my laptop in for inspection, they kept it for a week with zero communication, I had to call them up to check in, for them to say “oh, we haven’t even looked at your laptop yet”. I then had to come pick my laptop back up because I needed for some work, and planned on returning it back.

The second time I brought my laptop back here, they did the same thing. Held my laptop hostage for a week without updating me on anything. I had to call them back, for them to say “we haven’t looked at your laptop but we’ll do it now, call us back in a couple hours”.

Later when I called them back they said theres nothing they could really do, so I came and pick my laptop back up. 2 weeks wasted, and now my laptop is performing worse than before I brought it in (turn on and off itself multiple times before it can finally stay on).

Can’t imagine how long they would go on and keep my stuff if I hadn’t called them myself. Google need to have option to give 0 or negative stars. Terrible place. DO NOT GO HERE

My mid 2014 Mac protective coating on my screen starting fading. Apple would not replace even though this was a known OEM issue. Protechs happened to have my model LCD in stock and replaced my screen with same day installation at an affordable cost! The techs are well informed possessing good experience and great customer service! Thanks for your help!

Dropped off my daughters laptop. They offer a free 7-10 business diagnostic. You can pay if for expedited services. They offer diagnostics for game consoles as well as pick up and drop off services. Staff was very nice and friendly.
