I called to make an appointment, I mentioned how I’m going to take care of the AC service instead of my landlord. I was suddenly refused service and got the phone hung up in my face… she said it was company policy.. it’s enough my landlord is good for nothing when it comes to repairs.. even if I’m paying out my pocket (taking it out the rent) I can’t get this house cooled

Fred and Luis were awesome had my UV light and Maintenance done in under 1.5 hours. Scheduled the UV Light the day of, and they showed up in under an hour. They were very punctual and contacted me the day before and the day of. Excellent company, thanks for Maintenance!

I had an entire unit installed with another company July 1, 2019. July 10, 2020 my unit stopped working. Install company couldn’t come out for at least 24 hours. Called your company, same day service. Juan C. was prompt and showed me what needed to be done. He was thorough and found the issue right away and fixed it. Incorrect parts and poor wiring and loose fittings were the issue. He also advised me the best type of filter for my system which I hadn’t been told when the other company installed the unit. He is definitely an asset to your company. Thank you for your prompt service and reasonable cost. I also took a maintenance contract with you to avoid any issues down the road.

I thought I was going to be without a.c. for a whole week until a friend told me to call this company. Amanda was able to answer all my questions and get someone out to my house within 2 hours. I would recommend this company to anyone in the area who needs their a.c. fixed.

After multiple attempts from different companies to diagnose and fix an intermittent A/C problem, we tried Professional A/C and Heating. They were very responsive and professional. They were able to identify and fix the issue within 2 days and were very communicative throughout the process. Very happy and would definitely recommend.

If I could leave negative four stars, I would leave negative five stars, HONESTLY! Where do I even begin?! It makes me laugh that the word "professional" is in the name LOL the crew of "hoodlums" that eventually showed up to my house were anything BUT professional. I WISH I had taken photos of the MESS they left behind, BOTH times they had to come to my house to finish the installation. They had to come back because they did not have a certain part for the heater. They almost did not want to come back the next day because it was either a Friday or Saturday, but because I had insisted that I wanted them to finish the job as soon as possible, they did come in the late morning. I mean, we did just spend $7,000 on a new A.C. unit. Why would I not want the job done right the first time? Well, after they "patched up" whatever part they were missing for my gas heater, they left. About 2 weeks later I began noticing a smell of gas coming from the closet where my heating unit is located. I called them to have them double check their work. They charged me $95 ? and had a guy come out, spot check whatever connections, tell me it was fine, said sometimes there's a lingering smell and called it a day. A week later I noticed an even stronger smell of gas, so I called the gas company. An employee came out and within 10 mins had tightened whatever connections this company had left loose and went about his way without charging me anything for the NEGLIGENCE of "Professional A/C and Heating, Inc." Thank goodness this issue was caught before it turned into a major loss. I can only imagine had this been a cold winter and I needed to use my heater, what would have happened! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM! On top of everything, I just got my unit inspected and it failed and now they have to come back and replace two things. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!
