Kevin is the best employee working with this company and and has the best customer service for a wonderful visit to complete our unit service care. He was very knowledgeable about our policy and unit maintenance work; the complete service work was excellent.

He was great. Did his work fast and he explained to me what I needed to keep my air condition unit safe. I need this surge but I was looking at it as I just paid $400 and something dollars and 3 weeks ago and now I'm having to pay $300 and something dollars today and my answer were why but you did a great job and he did it fast and he explained to me about the surge that I need to protect my unit but all I was only thinking about me having to pay $700 and something dollars in 3 weeks. Wow, but I thank him and apologize and told him to have a great day

I've had Premier as my air conditioning company for 20 years. My house has 2 air conditioners. I have the maintenance agreement where they come out twice a year and keep them going strong. Technicians are always polite and keep me informed. Great company.
