Fast and great services with quick response. Awesome job on camera (clear view) and network system. I had several problems with customers credit card transactions that was never resolved by previous merchant service after switching merchant service to PPS Solution they resolved all the problems quickly with great customer service. My company had problems of network connection to over 5 years, again PPS resolved the network problem with organizing the messy tangled wires. Now after 5 years, no unpaid transactions and no cut off network problems. Now I personally recommend to all business owners to switch the service to PPS Solution.

They stealing peoples money. When you swipe in a store that uses this merchant they charge your card extra money. I spent 34.00 they took 41.00. The store receipt show 34.00 my account show 41.00. This not the first time this has happened to me before. Whats worse they are parked in front of the store that I went to. They blame each other but I have not received a refund.

Customer service is non-existent. Whoever answers phone calls are very shallow on their knowledge. There is clearly no EARLY TERMINATION FEE on the contract however they are trying to charge us $495 for EARLY TERMINATION FEE. Wouldn't recommend anyone to have service with them. There are better ones in the market.
