Today i visited Doncaster showroom trying to find a tile as I'm upgrading shower. Liam Bradley was very articulate with his service and recommendation. I left as a happy customer and very pleased with the positive outcome/service. I'll fully recommend and will shop again in the future at porcelanosa tiles.

The Porcelanosa showroom at Doncaster is fantastic. It gives you ideas on different layouts and styles throughout their range. Once we selected a tile range we liked, Liam worked with us to find the right size tiles for our bathroom and then produced a 3D render. Liam kindly recommended the fitters they use and wow did they do a sublime job of fitting our bathroom. The attention to detail married up with the quality of the tiles and furniture is fit for any 5* hotel. We'll be using you guys again for our kitchen floor. Thanks for all of your help!

Our bathroom is c20 years old and, having visited several other providers, Liam was the only one who suggested different options and updated us on current fashion, form and functionality. Impressive showroom! Large number of separate display ‘pods’ for kitchens and bathrooms. Numerous physical tile samples sensibly installed around the bright, very clean and carefully arranged showroom although a tad tricky sometimes to slide some of the bigger tiles out to inspect.

Liam provided exemplary customer service. Very friendly but clearly knowledgeable and professional. Great listener, so not overwhelming or overbearing. Very patient - we arrived knowing not only very little but also having a misunderstanding about the practical differences between Matt and gloss finish tiles.

All in all, we were delighted to have made the effort to drive out to check out potential tiles from physical displays and examples rather than from online pictures or photos in printed brochures that rarely match the actual tiles.
