Great service from Nicole in Edinburgh and the tiles are fantastic. We purchased the Image White 600x300 wall tiles and 800x400 floor tiles with the Anti Slip Coating which are rated as R12 - which is perfect for the walk-in wetroom shower area we wanted to create - the anti slip coating works fantastically well. The porcelain tiles were also great to work with using a wet tile cutter and hole cutters.

Products are obviously of a decent standard. However, customer service were nothing short of a disgrace. Both of my bathrooms, and my kitchen, were all tiled and sink/taps supplied from Porcelanosa. A small fortune. I contacted them on the advice of my plumber to ask for help identifying a tap so he could look at sourcing spare parts to repair a drip issue, instead of having to open up bath tiles and removing the tap and replacing. They replied initially asking for a photo, I sent several.

Seven times i emailed photos, as a reply and a new email and no reply.

I tried an email as a new customer interested in products and got a reply the same day. Go figure

Customer service is a disaster. I've been waiting for a refund after returning spare tiles for over 4 weeks and I still haven't received it. I’ve made several phone calls to Edinburgh store and every time I called I was advised that someone will call back to arrange a refund but it never happened. I called again this morning and was speaking to Sam, I requested to speak with Craig who is a store manager as he was dealing with my request and was meant to call me back to process a refund. I was informed by Sam that it is not possible to speak with Craig as he is off today and was told again that someone will call me within 15 minutes. This has not happened again, so I called back again and to my surprise the phone was answered by Craig who was supposed to be off today as previously advised by his colleague Sam. This is unacceptable behaviour and a really poor customer service! After making so many attempts to resolve my genuine request for refunding money for the goods which have already been returned in the store, I was lied to! Furthermore, I still haven’t heard back and no one even bothered to get in touch to proceed with the refund.

Nicole Henderson was brilliant to deal with. Her customer service deserves a 5 star review. From the first telephone call, numerous emails and two visits to the shop she was so helpful and patient while we decided on our purchase.

Good product knowledge nothing was to much hassle. Craig found solutions for sizing issues for a cloakroom and good advice for a en suite.
