The staff was friendly and welcoming. Michel was very knowledgeable and personable. There was a lot of information to go over but she made it easy to understand. She was positive and didn't make me feel silly for asking questions. She gave me different tips and tricks to make using the machine easier. She was also kind enough to answer questions for my Dad who didn't have an appointment. Excellent customer service from her and the front desk (I forgot to get the front desk person's name). I would definitely recommend this place, especially for someone getting their first machine.

Performance Home Medical does not provide a satisfactory experience. The staff exhibits unprofessional behavior, often coming across as rude and insistent. They repeatedly contacted my father, urging him to collect additional supplies even when he had sufficient stock. Furthermore, they scheduled an appointment for him, but upon his arrival after a 40-minute drive during rush hour, no doctor was available. My father, who is battling stage 4 lung cancer, should not have to endure the stress of dealing with uncooperative and harassing staff members.
