Be careful! Warranty doesn’t exist with them. Got an product may of 2022 and the motor burned. Wiring made by them, talked with someone asking for help on the phone and he just said. “Your serial number is no good for anything” I can’t check if you Dont have and receipt. The fact is that they never gave me one and the same person said. “Dont worry, we can check the product serial number later for anything related to this product”, how come a company as big as this one can’t check a product by the serial number!? Crazy!!! Extremely rude and unprofessional. Never again!

This was the second time we used this company for remodeling of bathrooms in our home. We are not recommending it anymore. We had to cancel our order because every time we check on it, there was some kind of delay. We have been very patient, but after waiting for 3 months and been told that there was another delay, we finally had to cancel. It seems like the communication with the client is not important, even when we paid in full. We are not pleased with the customer service we experienced.

Always good people to deal with! I have been working with for about 15 years and have never had any issues. If it is not something they stock, they can probably get it for you or have it fabricated. They are straight forward and will tell you exactly how it is and what they can do for you.

I am a Local Restaurant HVAC Contractor and I have completed 2 jobs where the owner furnished their Kitchen Hoods. On one hood the make up air was not tempered which is against code but inspectors don’t know this so they don’t enforce it. On this restaurant it added 1800 cfm of raw outside air. With this extra air the space can’t get below 80. Also bear in mind I didn’t do the job originally but someone called me to fix. Another job I am doing and they have made the hood wrong multiple times. Yes they are cheap initially and they are local, but they are no good at making goods. Call captive aire prefferably.
