I wanted to share a this place I visited in Cape Coral. I walked in there looking and browsing since I was in the area. Love this tiki bar set with an outdoor grill and Bar. Met an other gentleman Jose. Very knowledgeable and pleasant and knew what each of these units do. Still in my head of all the amazing grill sets they have. Definitely coming back and really interested in buying one. I hope to see this person when come back. I highly recommend anyone looking to upgrade there outdoor area. Nice!!!

The product that you see at the show room is not what you get. Poor quality, same date of delivery we contacted costumer service and they never got back to us. A week with the grill and it started rusting already. The LED lights on the grill also do not work. This is such scam. Bad costumer service, we had to go back in person to the show room to be able to talk to someone. They have no integrity with their products and are unwilling to take the grill back. We spent 8000 dollars on the grill and it was a complete waste of money. For the amount you are paying you should most certainly expect better customer service and quality.

First of all I love my paradise grill set up that I bought 4 years ago and I am glad I bought it. I went in to my local dealer the other day to get some of there new products and was telling the women of the issues I do have so she looked up my info told me I was still under warranty and to contact corporate office. I called corporate and sent them pictures the inside grill lights stopped working ( no big deal ) but the metal on top of the briquet holders has disintegrated keeping in mind my set up is under a covered porch and has there cover on it as well. The response they gave me is normal wear and tear but I could by the parts from them at full retail on there website. Normal Wear and Tear Ok. This is just so buyers know where you stand great grill but when you need something your on your own. This review is not against the Cape Coral store as there location is always a pleasure to deal with this is against corporate and there policies
