Such a fantastic company! From the start (just looking stage) until the finished project (elevator), we are grateful for such a wonderful experience. The sales team at the start gave us all the information we wanted plus more, the installation crew are professional, neat, and considerate. The installation crew taught us how to safely use the elevator, and went over all the specifics.

From the first contact to the install Oakley was wonderful to work with! They have Occupational Therapists who do assessments of the environment, are skilled and knowledgeable and understand needs and safety. The process of scheduling and paperwork was timely and thorough. The install was smooth, clean and the onsite installers were friendly, respectful and educational. Communication was clear and timely. A+ experience with Oakley Home Access.
We had hand rails installed in our shower. We called and were able to get an appointment quickly. The person who came out to measure and give us an estimate was helpful and super knowledgeable-he is an Occupational Therapist by trade. He helped us determine the best arrangement.

We ordered and made an appointment for installation. The installers were also very professional and did excellent work.

We are very pleased with our transactions with Oakley Home Access. The representatives were very knowledgeable and were able to suggest ways to make our bathroom a safe environment. The installation of the grab bars took very little time and the technicians left the bathroom in spotless condition. We highly recommend them.

I had to have a bathroom remodeled to be handicapped accessible. One company did not respond back for 2 weeks, another wanted to meet in their showroom even after explaining my wife was no longer mobile. Oakley showed up the day after I called. They explained the best options for us. And let us know their was grant money to assist in paying part of the work. They helped me fill out the initial paperwork, and assisted again when the project was completed. Work was done on time, on budget and all the workers were respectful of us and our home. The job came out excellent managing even to blend it in with out original pink tile, which in its quirky way we love.

I sent an automated message to Steve around midday on Christmas Day, he got back to me by 9 pm on that same day, and he had a ramp installed before New Years. Not to mention the fact that his wonderful team were respectful, kind, and helpful, they removed an old fence with no problem and even accounted for our very steep driveway. Then, after the ramp was no longer necessary, they came out and removed the rental without any fuss. I can’t recommend this organization enough—professional, kind, organized and competent: hire them.
