$400!!!!! That’s what they ripped me off for. $400!!!!!!!!
Bought an alternator and a belt $400
WRONG PART…..
So now I’m stuck driving 160 MILES ONE WAY just to get to a “corporate owned location” that will honor the return policy.

Napa return policy. You didnt buy it here, you don’t return it here. Called 4 locations, all 4 said the exact same thing, Take it to a corporate owned store.

Part in box with receipt. No refund.

I want to take the time to personally thank Dylan (hope I'm spelling that right) He went above and beyond to help my husband this morning. My husband was on vacation and was stranded there in Springerville. He had no brakes and the local mechanic shops didnt open until 9am. Dylan helped out my husband and got him on the road in no time and he was so humble and helpful!! I know he saved us at least a thousand dollars. Thank you Dylan for being so kind and going out of your way to help a stranger!

Went in to get 2 driverside door panel clips. Guy says, Here you go! Hands me a catalogue and a 8 inch binder with samples of all the clips to choose from... I'm thinking, really? NAPA know how!! Nope, "i- Got Up and Went!"

The staff at Napa is always helpful and understanding. They have helped me find and order auto supplies they don't carry and have them shipped in for me. Store is always clean and well attended by management. When my clients or family have car trouble and need a part, I send them to Dillon at Napa.

I passed through here on vacation and had some immediate and unexpected a/c needs on my truck. I assumed I needed some more refrigerant but, after buying it, I realized that my a/c belt tensioner had broken. Luckily for me, they had the tensioner and few tools I needed to replace it. I, being a mechanic myself, was able to get it done in the parking lot right then and there in no time. They were very professional and friendly and I'm extremely glad they were there as the temps were in the mid-90's. My dogs and family and I were definitely very happy to get the a/c going again.

These guys are always so helpful! My Mom went in to get wiper blades and not only did the gentleman install the blades, he helped her change a bad fuse because she couldn't open that plastic box. You guys ROCK!

We were driving a long distance in our van with kids, when it started sounding funny. Our check engine light came on so we pulled into a gas station and discovered a bad oil leak.. It was a Sunday and all mechanics were closed. Carter and his manager took a peek and saw that an o-ring had been over tightened during our last oil change. After fixing that we stopped losing oil and made it home safely!

Never used napa before this but if all your employees are this outstanding, ill be making the switch! Again thank your specific store!
