Mr. Tech provides great quality camera installation service at a reasonable price. He was professional and efficient. Mr. Tech explained the installation process step by step and showed me how to navigate the software in the event I wanted to make any tweaks. I had one issue with a camera going out and Mr. Tech was available troubleshoot the issue. Mr. Tech was prepared to switch out a the camera because he stands by his products, but it ended up being a wire getting damaged from being outdoors. At no point through my dealings with Mr. Tech did not feel like I was being cheated or upsold. He was attentive and accommodated my needs. He's a really good down-to-earth guy that is out for the best interest of his customer.

My experience with Mr. Tech has been OUTSTANDING! Rob, the business owner, immediately responded to my security camera quote request through HomeAdvisor and was out to look at my home very quickly thereafter.

The installation was highly professional, clean, courteous, and both Rob and his assistant, Wilmer, were great to work with. They know their product inside and out, and you can't tell where they hid the wires for my exterior security camera system, even with my old siding. Both Rob and Wilmer were exceptionally patient and worked hard to make sure everything was adjusted perfectly and that I was totally happy before they departed. Rob also checked-in after to make sure everything is working properly.

You don't always see this level of passion for customer service, so this company is a true gem. Their pricing was highly competitive and they save you the hassle and time of trying to figure out a DIY install yourself. 11/10 would recommend Mr. Tech!

Knowledgeable, courteous and very neat. I am very impressed with the work. Had cameras and home automation system installed at my house. I don't see any cables or wires outside my house for the cameras. A real professional job! Everything works great! Rob even fixed a computer which had a virus.
