The slim older Asian lady (probably late 50’s) that works in the front is VERY rude. I rung the door bell she opened the front door and I politely said “hi i have a pickup order” to which she hastily cuts me off and says “oh ok come in come come in come come”. Let me be clear this was NOT by any means a polite “oh hi come in” she was rushing me and didn’t even look me in the eye. I walk inside and she asks for the name to which I told her. I also informed her that the order name was my mother’s name and the shipping name was mine, but I have ID if she needs it. She then sarcastically says “I don’t think anyone would come in here to steal survival kits”. She went to the back brought back my product I signed the paper and got out. Mind you, I am a mail man in this city where this business is. And I was in FULL uniform and came to get this package for my daughter which she needs for school. I couldn’t believe how unprofessional she was and I can’t imagine how she treats others. Please make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else that is so bad for business and I will also be letting my daughter’s school know that this place is unprofessional as they are the ones who recommended the place to me! Please don’t remove my comment I will repost it.

You don't have to be local to order from them!!! I wanted to use the company's UPS account to purchase an order, and their customer service was AMAZING! They were quick, considerate, and helpful. Not only did they figure out a way to get the order in without getting charged the shipping, but the communication and requests were just so smooth to work with! No delays or confusion!

More Prepared basically has all the emergency equipment you need for your home, office, car, etc. I ordered a few missing items for our office's kits and are now just waiting for the supplies to arrive. I'll come back here to update this review if the items ordered are not as expected. MP prices are slightly more reasonable than our previous vendor too! For now, because of their customer service, I definitely recommend! 🙂

I had a terrible buying experience at More Prepared. I usually don’t write reviews, but I have to share my experience with this place.

A few days ago, I reached out to More Prepared to get a quote for several emergency preparedness kits I was looking to purchase. I received the quote promptly and called them back to proceed.

When I spoke to the accounting/customer service representative, I provided my credit card information over the phone. She confirmed that she had all the information needed to process the transaction.

However, not even two minutes later, I received a call back from her saying that my credit card zip code was incorrect. I spent 5 minutes telling her that the zip code was correct, but she wanted to argue with me and insisted that her system showed otherwise.

I was frustrated because what company argues with a customer who is trying to make a purchase? I told her that she needed to talk to someone because all the information was correct.

A few hours later, I received the email confirmation and paid receipt for the products. You would think everything is good now, right? Wrong. I got another email saying they didn’t have the shipping address originally given. I provided the address again, thinking we should be good now.

Unfortunately, that wasn't the end of it. A few days later, I received another call saying that they needed to include taxes for the products purchased.

It's a very disorganized company that doesn't even know how to bill customers correctly. To make matters worse, the representative who called had an attitude as well.

I definitely will never be doing business with them again. I highly recommend checking out other alternative companies that have their accounting in order.

This was my first purchase from More Prepared…a 55 gal Complete Water Storage System. I did curbside pickup to save the shipping cost and could not have been happier with my experience! My order was filled in 2 days and brought to my vehicle immediately after I arrived. I highly recommend this merchant!

Ordered a few long term water containers and requested curbside delivery. They prepared the order in a day and I picked them up with no issues. The people were awesome, the product is perfect and the location is clean and in a nice neighborhood. Since I picked them up, I can't comment on their delivery process. I highly recommend and trust More Prepared for any prep products they offer. A great customer experience!

Starting an emergency box at home was hard to figure out what to include. More Prepared helps you to figure this out by have everything right there.
You can start out small and add something every month, or buy a package that has everything in it for your home or car. They are always ready to assist you with great customer service and shipping. I have been a loyal customer for many years and I highly recommend them.
