If I could give a 0 I would! For this service to be for elderly/senior citizens etc..... they are completely incompetent on so many different levels. My mother is 77 years old and Metro Access has left her or numerous times at home and at her doctors appointments. She has a disability in legs where she can't stand for long periods of times. We call dispatch they give us a time and then they never show. I've had to leave my job to go and pick her up because they never showed up. It's sad that you can't trust that you loved one is getting to and from their doctors appointments. I have tried contacting the supervisor and to no avail! My mom does not use this service for anything other than doctors appointments and she can't even get a guarantee that they will show up once they drop her off. Something needs to be done!! Please do not pay to use this service if you can help it. This service needs a serious audit in management!!

If you need to be somewhere, just take a taxi or uber. Even after writing down the specific locations of where I wanted to be picked up, these people made me wait an hour for me to be picked up. Even worse, when I called them, they "promised" that a blue dominion cab would pick me up, which it never did. After about 2 hours of running around the college campus which I was supposed to be picked up from, an uber driver picked me up finally. In other words, I wasted 2 hours waiting for a vehicle where I could have used those 2 hours to study or do anything else

We have used Metro Access on a regular basis till we got a wheelchair accessible van. The drivers were of unequal quality: Most were courteous and helpful, but a few were a bit careless like this afternoon, the driver just blocked the way from the building entrance to the parking lot to upload a patient. So my wife had to breathe the exhaust fumes of his van till he finished 8 minutes later and moved the van. When I suggested he could have parked the van 5 yatds away to upload the patient but not block the way, his response was: "But I have a handicaped patient too to care for" He didn't get it that he could do his job without inconveniencing others.

This transportation company is ridiculous. I had set up a ride to go from my home in DC to Greenbelt MD. It usually takes with traffic 35 minutes. The last trip took me through each area of DC. I rode for 3 1/2 hours, by the time I got to my doctor appointment the office was closed my ride to come home was there. When I called to make a complaint about that I was told that a ride can take up to 3 hrs. They have lost their mind. A rider is suppose to make transportation 3 hours early so if they are on time you get to sit in your doctors office forever! Then your ride can be 1/2 hr or longer late to pick you up but if you're not outside waiting for the ride you have 5 minutes or they leave. So you have to wait in the rain snow heat cold any kind of bad weather. You have elderly or sick or incapacitated people that can't deal with the weather extremes metro shows no compassion to its riders. Shame on metro show some respect and compassion to your riders.

The driver driving the van with license plate B-50826 just tried to drive a new driver off the road. Then almost tried to get us to crash into our car he was driving reckless then proceeded to spit on us. He should be fired and we have video proof and will contact the appropriate authorities. This man assaulted us and we can’t even reach anyone. The time of day is Sunday dec 3rd 4:15 pm licenses plate B-50826.

I love it getting driven around here where I live in Greenville. It's so crowded with traffic I don't mind not driving and if you're disabled like I am everyone I have spoken or interacted with have been very friendly they've even gone out of their way to help me.

Got sexually harassed when a metro operator last name miniss first name Dennis decided to flirt with me instead of properly strapping in my patient then he got upset I did not flirt back so he left us sitting in a hot van for 30 minutes before he pulled off. When he did pull off he took us to another area that we were not supposed to be at so we asked him why we pulled off so late and then he got a attitude told us to get off the van and take metro. When my patient asked him to unstrap her out of the van this man told her no he got out went to get a 80 year old man put him in the van and then left all three of us in a hot 80 degree van. Metro has been hurting and killing people and they do not like paying for their mistakes so they have already took this info out and tried to say we were never in a van but we have a report number.
