I have used Martin Mack fire fore over 15 years in our 6 banquet halls fronts plus 6 commercial storefronts. They service our fire extinguishers and exit/emergency lighting every year. I only have high praise for this company. All work is performed in a professional manner, on time and within the prescribed quote. The only dollar suprises are when some extinguishers are due for their 5 or 6 year pressure testing. That costs a lot more for those units. Luckily they all don't come due for pressure testing on the same year because they were not all purchased in the same year.
I highly recommend this reputable business and hope to continue doing business with them.

I had the same bad experience as stated in the other reviews. They called to schedule an inspection, TWO MONTHS before we were due, because their service person was 'in the area'. I agreed, as long as they confirmed the charge UPFRONT,as we had a tight budget post-pandemic. They confirmed a price for inspection, said they'd call me for approval if anything was needed beyond the inspection, so we could approve it.

The service tech left without calling me for anything. Then we got an invoice for DOUBLE the price quoted. I asked they correct the invoice and they tried to argue about it, and told them I'd pay it as soon as they corrected it. I heard nothing for SIX months. Then the owner, Dan Marks, calls twice, texts once, and emails, all within 10 minutes, on a Saturday night. When I called him back he became belligerent, raising his voice, saying we were difficult because we wouldn't pay DOUBLE. We had used them for years. I wish I had been following their online reviews. They have a terrible Google rating also. They are clearly trying to upsell and slip in extra charges.

Beware this company fraudulently gained access to one of our properties without authorization or permission from management. Well they didn’t know work the owner charged us anyhow and attempted to charge our credit card without authorization for work never performed.
